Room was large, clean. With a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

I was not advised beforehand that you have to call housekeeping by 9 am if you want your room done. I only read about it later in the reviews. I went downstairs and the staff was lovely and immediately brought up fresh towels for me. By the next day I knew to call in the morning Also none of the ice machines were working on any floor. But o went into the restaurant and the filled my bucket.

We had a good time. This hotel was booked last minute and didn't have any issues until the last day.

We were at the bar/restaurant and noticed a mouse running around. Notified staff that attempted to to catch it with traps but was unsuccessful. My son and I were about to catch it and set it free outside, you would have thought the extra helping hand, especially when people are checking in, so that they don't see a mouse running around where food is prepared would have gotten us a discount on the food and drinks we ordered..... It did not. Maybe next time I'll let the mouse live his best life.

The description of the room and pictures on Booking.com wasn't accurate. When we showed the concierge that what we reserved wasn't the room we got, he insisted it is our problem or booking's not the hotel's, tried to falsely claim the type of room we requested wasn't available and was overall unpleasant to us. After we showed him that there were more than 10 rooms of that kind available that night on booking, he went on to say we should pay an extra 50$ as it is an upgrade. The manager was called, she immediately understood the problem, approved we were right about the misrepresentation of the type of room, took responsibility and we got the correct room with no extra pay. This ordeal took more than an hour.

Quiet, comfortable rooms. Great bed. Fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom. Large, comfortable lobby area for meetings, other gatherings. Plenty of parking. Hotel is new and modern. Friendly, efficient staff. Surprise: Excellent coffee available 24 hours. Easy on/off 270 freeway. Walk to Chick-fil-A, kabob, Korean restaurants and wine bar adjacent. Five minutes drive to Safeway, Trader Joe's, plenty of restaurants and other shopping. Bonus: Nice big, well-maintained park across the street, past the Shell station, Wooten's Mill Park, with streams and footbridges. Great for stroll/run.

Breakfast is ample, with scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, etc., but typical budget hotel quality.

The property was very nicely equipped with stylish fixtures. There was no breakfast. the bed was very comfortable. We were able to check in VERY early and Ryan was very kind to help us when we arrived.

The building is a wood construction and therefore quite noisy especially when people are around that seem not respect the privacy of others. Both nights we had people next to our room (which had a connecting door) who talked loudly until about 2 am, so it was difficult to sleep.

The room was great, and and the beds were very comfortable. It was conveniently located close to where my event was taking place, so that was a bonus.

There was so much noise all night long, which seemed to be an emergency in another guest in the floor, but there seemed to be no effort from the staff to control the situation. When we arrived the receptionist was a bit rude, but the lady when we checked out was lovely.

The breakfast was a nice perk. The young lady doing the stocking of choices did an excellent job in meeting requests. She deserves a raise! Also, the other workers were friendly and accommodating. Finally, free parking was another nice perk. Altogether, these all were reasons I decided to stay at this facility.

The drains in the sink and shower were sluggish, and the shower switch worked improperly. Also, more grab bars in the shower would increase safety.

Room was clean when we arrived and had enough clean towels for all of us. Went down to checked out the pool but. Sadly didnt have the chance to take a swim. The family liked the hotel. For sure if the hotel keeps up the good work I would book again.

Its not a didn't like. It surprised me that room cleaning wasn't done between the first and last night of our 2 night stay.

The pool is so clean and perfect size for both exercise and play, the deep end is DEEP. The rooms are super clean and up to date, feel luxurious, the bed was so comfortable, my son slept for 11 hours straight the first night. The staff is AMAZING!!! The location was really good for us, it's a bit off and difficult to move around without car, but I liked that. Makes it more private. I love pretty much everything about this hotel.

The breakfast was really bad but I think it's because I'm swedish and can't handle American food 😄

They room was modern and clean, and most importantly, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We didn't have time to try the breakfast buffet, but it looked good. This was a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend

The exterior fan was under our room and we could here it, but there isn't much you could do about it. Thankfully we didn't mind the white noise
