Seamless check-in, great room and very convenient location. Friendly staff. Room cleanliness was exceptional. The bed and pillows were very comfortable - better than a lot of other more fancy hotels. Hotel offers to mind bags after check-out. I didnt try the breakfast so i cannot comment - however there are lots of shops and places to buy nice food / sweets the city has to offer.
Room was a bit noisy at night time, but not for too long..... after-all, it is on Egnatia St..... you cant expect it to be quiet in the heart of the city centre!

This was a great stay for us. I thought the rooms were better than the pictures. Very clean hotel, cleanliness in our rooms was excellent. Breakfast had a big variety of things and coffee was good. The rooms were a bit old but it gave this hotel character. I think only the bathroom needed a bit of update but besides that everything was working fine. All the people in the reception were very friendly, and also arranged a taxi for us for the airport. Taxi driver was hilarious and gave me food on the way back home! Definitely the best value hotel I ever stayed in considering that it was about 300 euros cheaper than others around.
I thought the staff were a bit loud. Perhaps it is a cultural thing. All but the reception staff were loud. Some were gossiping in the breakfast area and although it was fun to overhear, I appreciate quiet mornings.

The hotel is on the main street of Thessaloniki. It is also very near the cost and a lot of restaurants are in the area! It is also really close to the bus stations that will take you/or when you arrive from the airport.
On the first night we had a situation in a room next door (I am guessing it was next door). Someone was yelling from 4 AM until almost 6 AM and there was no staff to calm them down or call the police on them!

The hotel location is excellent, close to all major sightseeing spots of the city. Was very easy to get to the hotel from the airpot by a city bus number '01X' (it takes between 40 - 50 minutes to get from the airport to the city center). Lot of local restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, within 5 - 10 min walking. Staff at the hotel were very polite, friendly and helpful! The room was a bit small but manageable for a short stay. Our room with a small balcony was overlooking Egnatia, a major and a busy street of the city, therefore was a bit noisy in early mornings. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel who organized very early check-in for us upon arrival!
The room and bathroom (especially shower...) were a bit compact... Our room with a small balcony was overlooking Egnatia, a major and a busy street of the city, therefore was a bit noisy in early mornings (this is not a complaint, just an info for future visitors to take into account).

All staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is so good. The room is always cleaned elaborated. Reception is so informative about places to visit and the hotel. The hotel is located very close all touristy places. All Minerva Premier Hotel Staff Ευχαριστώ πολύ! :) We really appreciate it! Thank you very much for the lovely gift which reminds beautiful country Greece and the hotel!
I didn't like the bathroom door which is made from glass. Everything is fine except this. :)

Breakfast - huge selection! Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic building. In a good area, near the market. Generous-sized rooms. Generous selection of shower gels etc. Room cleaned and towels changed every day.
Plumbing! The tap in the washbasin leaked. High-sided bath to get into and out of the shower. Unnecessary jacuzzi, which didn't work anyway. A shower with tray would be much more sensible.

The room although not large was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom although small had all that was needed for a good powerful shower. The breakfast was good and varied enough for the four times we had it. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful.
My only complaint is that on the last night the chamber maid did not do her work properly as she did not replace the glasses and cups with clean ones. She did not leave any tea nor milk nor stirrers in the tea/coffee making facility. She did not empty the bins.

Personel is very firendly and helpful especially the Director Kostas and receptionist George and the lady whose name I don't remember. The Hotel is in the center of Thessaloniki and very close to sightseeing places.
The bathroom door is glass and visible and not fully closed. Also there was a maintanence in hotel and noise was loud.

Our room was upgraded to suite. Room 401 was huge, spacious, very clean! We got 2 small bottles of water and some candies as welcome gift. We spent 2 nights at hotel, and room was cleaned after first night, towels were changed, without our request. Polite staff, easy check-in and check-out. Nice hotel restaurant and good breakfast. Great location of the hotel, 10mins walk from the main square.

We were in a newly refurbished room with 2 huge windows so it was rather pleasant. Good water pressure in the shower and olive oil products; comfortable beds and coffee facilities. Lots of space for clothes too. It's about 7 minutes on foot to the main square, Aristotle Square & most attractions.
There was a bit of mould in the top lefthand corner of the ceiling so the room needs to be aired regularly.
