Place was very good, location too, many restaurants around the corner. I requeted one small room with a twin bed, everything was confortable (with a small desk too) and clean. I feel a little unsafe because the room was in the first floor and it seems easy to climb to the window from the street. But the area was very safe and everything was OK. It is close from the USA Embassy, I walked to do my VISA (15 minutes walk), very convinent. Everyone was very nice.

Simple breakfast, croissants and toast and the coffee was excellent. The room had a split A/C unit and was great to be able to control the temperature easily. I felt very comfortable with security at the front door and a manned 24 hour front desk. Being able to leave luggage for an early arrival and again for a late flight made it easy to tour the city and not worry about finding another place to leave luggage or wasting 1/2 a day. The location was great, around the corner were several places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again.

The Clayton is very close to the coworking space HIT Cañitas, which was important to me. I liked the lounges on 1st and 2nd floor: an ideal place to either relax or work a bit with my MacBook. I LOVED the cartoon-like videos of a cat sitting in front of the house or at a window. That was running in the breakfast area and always matched with the weather and lighting outdoors.

Rooms are a bit small, but I knew that before.

It was very clean, the b d was very comfortable and the staff were helpful.

The elevator did not work when we needed to leave very early for the airport. I could not carry my suitcase down, but thankfully another client helped me.

I liked the hot shower.

It is very difficult to find the property. There is no sign with the name of the hotel because the hotel is only two floors of a tall building. To make things worse, it is the last building at the end of a deadend ally.

I had to leave too early to have breakfast but everything else was great and exceeded my expectations. I only needed a room between flights. The staff were exceptionally helpful. It was very hot when I arrived in BA and the lady got me a refreshing glass of cold water while I filled in the registration form. Last night when I came back from dinner soaked from the rain a different lady on reception offered me an extra towel. Both were small gestures but really meant a lot.

The room was comfortable, featuring all amenities. The hotel, while somewhat unusual, was genuinely pleasant. Its location in a quiet area added to the appeal, along with clean rooms equipped with showers that had a nice water flow. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

I arrived early as my flight came in the morning, they have available rooms and let me check in early, very appreciative since I had been in transit for over 20+ hours. Overall, very comfortable, clean and nice place.

we only stayed one night but I would definitely stay again! Nice place in a great location to food, bars and shopping. the rooms are nice as well and clean. a little small but not an issue for us! Staff was super friendly. There was a small mixup with our check in and they fixed it very quickly and even comped is a couple of beers!

Very comfy place to stay. Location is great, good restaurants within minutes walk. Room view was nice. This is my second stay here and my first on the second floor, the wifi is a bit slower up there but everything else is great.
