The room size is decent. the ac is cold and much appreciated. Location is just right with a little more legwork coming from the train station. i like the water and ice machine

on our arrival, our room smells cigarettes, i complained with the front desk regarding the matter and was asking to transfer. unfortunately, the hotel was full. Front desk staff promised to thoroughly clean and rid of the cigarette smell and ask us to leave the room for a few hours so they could re-clean it. Upon entering, there's just a very very faint smell left but not irritating, a few squeeze of room spray clears it.

very comfy hotel, with good room size. Breakfast has a wide range of items, though western options are not so good (but that encouraged me to try some very good Japanese offerings). I had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice, and it was good. It is 10 minutew walk from Sendai station, and 5 minutes from a metro station.

My only wish is that it had a coin laundry (like most Japanese hotels). Otherwise it is really excellent for everything.

The hotel is placed very convinient close to the train station. We book a 25 sqm room. The bed was super big queen size. The room was quite. Staff were helpful.

Some reviews were indicating that they serve western food at brekfast. Unfortunately, most of the food was Japanese or Chinese. It was good. But we hoped to get a more western buffé instead. :-)

Great convenient location to walk from the train station. The Coop supermarket is on the next corner and very handy for buying familiar foods. Breakfast at ANA Holiday Inn was very very nice and catered for Western tastes. Overall a great stay.

A coffee machine would have been a nice idea.

Even this is a business hotel, it's better to have a room with some washing machines and dryers in the hotel.

Super friendly staff let us check in a little early! The rooms were clean, nice, modern, comfortable, and the hotel was a very short (~7 min) walk from Sendai station. Would stay again. Great view too!

We really liked the spacious layout and the natural light it gets. The location is also great, with easy access to amenities. It feels like a perfect fit for our needs.

Very clean and central. Had all the necessities. Rooms not too small which was a plus with luggage.

A little dated but that was not really a major dislike.
