Exceptionally clean bed linen, the bed was very comfortable, the room is great size, we even had a little balcony, big windows, a lot of light. It was very clean. The bathroom was great too, provided with all needed products. The quality of the towels very very good (big fluffy white clean towels). The location is maybe if not even 5 minutes away from Mestre train station, the road towards it is safe and clean, it's amazing.

Location was good , but it was very difficult to find it because we got there at night time. No big signs on the door. Once we did found the place we fallowed the instructions and someone came to meet us promptly. Check in process very easy . The property was 5 min walk from train station, from where you can get to Venice with 1.5 euro one way. Trains run from 15-15 minutes . Very convenient. We choose a room with 2 beds and balcony with a private bathroom outside . The room was very clean and was recently remodeled. Looks much better than the pics on website. Furniture was new, bed very comfortable and clean . Bathroom was clean but need updating. We didn’t used the balcony , nothing to really see, so the option with bathroom in the room would be better . For the money we paid I highly recommend the property and we will definitely come back.

We stayed with a group of 10 students. There was no breakfast, but we hired also the appartment where we could eat with 6 or 7 at a time. The first evening we arrived late and the owner offered all of us apples, croissants, bread, juice, ... There are also several places within 100m where you can go and have breakfast. There are a lot of places where you can go for dinner as well. There is also a supermarket nearby. When we were leaving, the owner was so friendly that we could leave all our luggage at the B&B. He and his staff were really friendly. The B&B is near a busstop to Venice (100m) and near the trainstation. Clean sheets and when something is not ok, just call and the owner and his staff immediately is there to help :-) For our group, it was a good place to stay!

According to the price, the accomodation was perfect! You stay near the station, that means that there are several kinds of people in the streets at night. It is that way in every country.

The location was great, walking distance to the main train/bus stations (3-5 min). We didn't have breakfast there. The place is equipped with full kitchen but we didn't use any as we were going out all day. The rooms were very basic but clean and spacious, the balcony was facing the street and had a nice view,

The price was good, the location - great, by the railway and bus station, and a supermarket. The host was very friendly. He helped us with everything, except with finding a remote for the TV, so we could not watch TV.

We could have had a TV remote or at least the picture could have been brighter. It was very dark, and it is for that reason we needed the remote. Our neighbours were very loud. They were partying and making noise late in the evening and throughout the night.

Absolutely value for money! Good location, only 5min by food from train station and few steps from bus stop to Venicer, big and clean comfortable room with big bed, friendly host, extra clean shared bathroom with unlimited hot water!This place is hidden diamond! Our host was very kind and helpful!

Location to train station comfortable beds

Bathroom was across from our room and was supposed to be for our use but we noticed others were using it. We didn’t always have hot water

I stayed in the room with a toilet in it, and it was good. The quality of the beds was excellent. The only good thing about the location is being close to the bus and train terminal. It was hushed, and no one disturbed us.

I thought it was a "Hotel," but it was a "bed & breakfast."

Perfect spot. Easy walk to train and lots of food/bars around hotel. The rooms were perfect and big! Comfy bed! Easy check in and we found it easy from the address.

Nothing was basic but exactly what we needed.

close to the train station, 10 minutes to Venice with a very reasonable price and comfortable clean room, I had a private bathroom and balcony and it was great.
