The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom was very well stocked. The air conditioner worked! Which is always a deal breaker for me.

The person running the desk was never at the desk. It was always a different person but they were mainly in the back and I had to wait for them to come out to help me. One of them was even sitting on the couch like a guest watching us walk in.

It was pretty clean. Had a nice breakfast and all the amenities we needed. The room was a decent size. It had a great location near the highway but still a short trip to everything we wanted to see and do in Cookeville.

It is a little older building with some rundown parts of the walls and floor. The parking lot is very small. The staff was nice enough when spoken to but the kid at the desk on our arrival seemed far more interested in staring at his phone than anyone who entered or left.

Clean, comfortable. Room was dark, maybe it higher watt bulbs in lamps, bathroom definitely needs more light. Front desk guy changed our room for us when he saw my husband was disabled - that was extremely helpful and nice!

No place to take the dog, had to take her over to the next door property. Very inconvenient especially since we paid $70 for having her with us.

The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast time served us well. The personnel service was exceptional and worked with us every step of the way . I also liked the fact that my door key never once lost its ability to open the door even when I accidentally put it beside my phone in my pocket.

I did not like the fact that the pool had a tremendous amount of Chlorine. I have swam in many hotel pools and have never had one burn my eyes this bad and for so long.

Desk and Breakfast staff were great. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean.

Room was a little over freshened. Took a bit to adjust to the air freshener used. Lobby was nice but had a hotel smell. Was very pleased the room did not have this smell.

The location was good

Our accessible room was at the end of a hallway on the 3rd floor. I am a short person and had trouble with the mirror in the bathroom. I have worked with disabled adults and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anybody in a wheelchair. If the elevators stopped working how would they get down. Anybody in a chair wouldn't be able to see into the bathroom mirror. I have had knee replacements , they hurt after the long walk to our room.

The staff was amazing very accommodating and super friendly

unfortunately the pool was not available nor was the the gym there was an alternative to go across the road and going to the pool there but I did not do that

Breakfast was amazing. And the room was amazing.

The room was amazing, however the overall inner appearance of the hallways and the building looked a little outdated. It looked clean and tidy, just outdated. The exterior of the building and room itself seemed outstanding. The appearance of the rest just didn't feel like it matched. Not really a complaint. Just an observation.

It was clean and was cheap

The pool was closed and if we wanted to use the pool we had to go next door to use their facilities. There were very few toiletries for the possibility of 4 people staying in the room

The manager that checked us in went above and beyond her job. She provided suggestions for the area. I watched her carry an elderly gentleman's coffee to his room for him.
