Location was excellent. Very close to everything. Beach is about a 5 minute walk and the Old Town about 10 minutes. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was okay, buffet .. lots of choice but they seemed to struggle cooking eggs. I had to ask for a re-do and I noticed a few others sending eggs back. Guests make their own tea and coffee. I feel that in a hotel of that cost that drinks should be brought to the table.

Lovely hotel and location unfortunately had to cut short because of medical emergency at home by one night so paid price for 3 nights and only stayed 2. Bar area and foyer were stunning so was expecting more authentic decor in rooms. The superior rooms were more contemporary.

Thought superior rooms were overpriced for what they were. Could put complimentary water in rooms.

Great location Lovely staff in reception, the concierge and bell boy. So friendly and helpful. Such a lovely arrival.

The bar shutting early and the staff being rude when asked. There was no consistency with timings. We just wanted one drink but the bar shuts at 10pm. Crazy for the facilities you pay for

The location was great. The room was clean and well supplied. The reception and housekeeping staff were lovely. The pool was perfect for a hot weekend.

The lobby bar. Food and service very poor. Lack of shade in the the pool area.

Excellent location as easy to walk to beach, old town, main points of interest etc. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was good, and the bathroom was excellent with a large walk-in shower. We loved the quirky bar with its decoration and artefacts from when it was the convent chapel!

The access to the car park at the rear of the hotel was very tight due to the rubbish bins in the road outside the car park entrance, and the ramp down was very steep meaning we slightly scraped the underside of the car. Also although our room was very nice, it was a bit small with a large chair in the corner blocking access to the balcony.

The front desk was wonderful. Very helpful with everything.

The rooftop pool was small and no railing to get in. Towels were not there often. Neighborhood at night is very loud.

The grand entrance is stunning. The bed was comfortable and love the shutters for the sleeping in. The service we got was outstanding! The concierge lady was super helpful. The front desk was accommodating. Cleaning staff - everyone who works here did a phenomenal job. The location was great - easy access to the beach, which prompted me to go for the morning run. Just 10 min away from the old city.

The room design is too Swedish, a bit bare. Doesn’t really align with the grand entrance. The bathroom shower was not built for showing experience, rather very utilitarian. Again - Swedish. I wish they included decaf coffee cups in the room without the need to request it separately. Fitness center is terrible - it’s a 3x3 room with a cycle and cross-trainer and just a few weights. It was a closet, not a “center”

Breakfast is culturally diverse. Great shower. Nice atmosphere and great location.

Pool area is overrated. Senior bar staff was rude.

Good location . Just a short walk to the old town. Valet parking is wonderful . service from the reception staff was excellent. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of food selection and nicely presented . If you are a tea drinker then you will be in heaven as there are about 10 different types of tea leaves available with detailed explanation on where they all come from.. Shower is good with good pressure. Also a proper and powerful hair dryer is provided

Pillows were very springy and uncomfortable. Bed is too hard for my liking. Room decoration is very sparse and basic. The bar could provide some snacks to go with the drinks House keeping - perhaps they are understaffed. We went out for a day and the room still hasn’t been cleaned when we came back at 3.15 pm in the afternoon . We have to ask the room to be tidied up and cleaned. However. water bottles weren’t replenished afterwards

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had in the world. There were a lot of varied and healthy options. The massage/masseuse was wonderful and relaxing. The building is beautiful.

The rooms could have been more luxurious and the gym could have been larger with improved air conditioning, but that being said, we were very happy with the rooms and the gym!
