We arrived at night and thought it was going to be an issue, but to our surprise, it was fast and easy! beautiful location just minutes from the Parks. the area was very clean and safe to walk and take the dog. we will stay here again if the visiting family want to do the parks.

Everything was great! I don’t get why this property has so many reviews under 10. Location was great, very quiet, and safe. Room looked great, staff was so so nice and friendly. Grace from front desk was super helpful, sweet and help me with some issues I had with my booking, very patient as well!

The room felt a bit humid, but once I lower the AC, it felt good. Also the curtain showers might use a change, everything else was very clean.

I really underestimated this place! It was just my husband and I for Earthday Birthday! We had so much fun and slept so good with the comfy bed! The hotel was clean, the front desk man was SUPER fun and friendly!!!

It was a tad humid in the hallways and entry way, a little stifling. But the room was super crisp and chilly!!

Easy to get to from the airport. Close to Amway centre (I was in town to see P!nk there 😁) Staff were absolutely lovely!

Noisy. And there was a HUGE event I was unaware of that apparently happens every year the same weekend. It was wild! I made it work but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea 😆

The front desk clerk was amazing and very helpful. I don’t remember his name but it would be the 3-11pm shift.

The sliding glass doors were terrible

Staff was very accommodating at checkout and got us adjoining rooms as we requested. Told us about all the amenities and food nearby. Great location.

There was a leak in the bathroom when we first walked in to our room, but that was fixed after we checked in.

The room was clean. The location was excellent as I attended the Florida State-LSU football game and the stadium was walking distance from the hotel. The staff was fantastic - nice and efficient.

The pillows were not comfortable.

The room was surprisingly spacious and the location—walking distance to the stadium—couldn’t be beat, especially for the affordability.

The air conditioning unit screeched and banged, making a restful sleep, even with white noise and ear plugs, difficult. We alerted management about this fix-able matter.
