Receptionist was so friendly, Also beverages can be purchased. Bathroom, Fridge, room and great size television was great. They have a bbq area but we never used it. Easy to walk to a sensation pub "The Milestone Hotel"with history. Also walking distance to fast takeaway. Short drive Dubbo Zoo. I would definitely stay there again if I stopped in Dubbo

Location is very convenient with Subway and McDonalds in front of you and Dubbo Square is just a walk away. The kids love the outdoor pool and while watching them, the shade at the pool is so comfy just like you're relaxing at your own balcony. The owners/managers are very friendly and welcoming. The staff esp that cleaner when we checked out, really thanked us for having the stay. The room ac is so cold and relaxing and the kids love the bath tub too!

Excellent value for money, really comfy bed, good air-con, really good location being an easy walk to the CBD. It has everything you need at a really good price.

The parking is quite limited (one spot per room) and given it was booked out the night we stayed - it was a squeeze to get our car into one of the two remaining spots. However they are upfront when you book that there is only one car spot per room - so this wasn't unexpected.,

Great size room close to attractions, shops, restaurants and cafes. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

The only negative was, staying mid week there were quite a few workers staying at the property and they were very noisy leaving early in the morning(4.30am) I have found this a problem at a lot of motels in recent years.

The size of the room was perfect. Lots of space and very clean. The room was fairly soundproof, so being close to the highway wasn't so loud. I love how family oriented it is for people with kids, and you only have to cross the road to be able to access food. The BBQ area is perfect to cook up a feed, and the swimming pool is great to cool off in on a hot summer day. My kids loved how they had games to entertain them to play, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We will recommend to family and friends

When we flushed our toilet, it was a little noisy, so it was worried other guests might hear it through the night and disturb them.

Really big room, huge (king) bed, big tub and shower. All very clean and, most important, quiet - we slept really well.

Childish cartoons in the bathroom. If I had a young child I don't know that I'd want to explain to them why a ram having its scrotum shaved would be "what the ladies like", apparently.

Great space for everyone, outdoor bbq area with tools supplied, food places over road, walking to supermarket, washing machine and dryer. Saw there was an electric car charger available. Black out curtains. Close to zoo. Staff helpful in providing everything we needed.

Parking was tight and when we arrived only two spots were left. Bring a bigger car it was a struggle to unpack. Second day we got better spots.

The room was super clean, well set up, and a great size. We really appreciated all the extra things you provided, i.e. biscuits, milk, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc. We were very impressed, and grateful to you for everything, as after driving for 12hrs straight, it was great to come to your motel and enjoy lovely facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for your staff, and the price was very very reasonable.

There is nothing at all that we were disappointed about. Everything exceeded expectations.

Good value. Nicely renovated. Lots of little touches that made our stay easier... I've available from reception, real milk provided, shampoo etc in dispensers to save wastage, delicious biscuits provided that give back to a disability provider, great location, friendly staff, text message to say the room was ready early. A perfect stay.

Could acommadate families bigger than 4 people. Has a pool, is very central, staff are very polite and you have a choice of dairy or non dairy milk for your room

Traffic. This is of no fault of the establishment, they can not control the drivers of a night
