The room was big and clean. Everything looked new.

I did not like the door opening on the outside. As a woman traveling alone I did not feel save.

The location was near many of the main attractions- River, Greune Hall and walking trails. D the manager was very kind and accommodating. The rooms have been redone and are exceptionally clean. We all commented we want to know what products they use. The shower and restroom were sparkling. Breakfast was nice and the area very clean. Not a lot of hot foods only waffles. But there were plenty of things to choose from. Again the stay was great. Highly recommended. We've not stayed at this hotel before and were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay again. Thank you D and staff.

Rooms were spacious (I stayed in a 2nd level King room) and recently updated. Updates were tasteful and well thought. No carpet, very clean surfaces, comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the spotless shower (tub/shower combo). Grounds were well maintained and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was almost non-existent. They had make your own waffle station, 2 juices (apple and orange) coffee and white bread to make toast as well as raisin bran and 2 sad apples. Fortunately I had leftovers from my dinner, so I only enjoyed the coffee and apple juice.

We stayed here overnight! Dee checked us upon our arrival and she also checked us out the next day. She was friendly and courteous and the process was quick and easy. We had requested a king size bed; the room was recently updated, very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathtub and fixtures were new and in good working condition. We did not see what was available for breakfast in the lobby, so can’t attest to whether good or bad.

The towels were not the large, fluffy ones we are accustomed to but when I mentioned it to Dee, she stated with all the upgrades, new towels have also been ordered. The pillows were comfortable but were small, not the standard/king to match the king size bed (but I always travel with my pillow, so that was no big deal for me).

The room we got was very spacious and clean, no bad smells or anything out of the ordinary. The air was nice and cold, the windows didn't have curtains (which was very good for me as I don't like curtains) but these cool window covers that completely block out the sun when drawn. The bathroom was big and very clean. The beds were comfortable. All in all it was a great stay for a great price!!

I wish breakfast had a bit more choices, other than that it was great!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean.

The bed was not comfortable, and the center portion of the bed seemed worn out. We had to sleep on the outer edges of the bed where the cushion was less worn.

That when we got there the TV wasn't working and that the mgr on duty didn't know how to fix the problem if you are the mgr you should know how to fix things I had to ask the cleaning lady....Other than that everything was good

The hotel was centrally located and made it easy and quick to get to everything we planned to do during the day.

The floors in our room didn’t look dirty, but felt dirty. It appeared that they didn’t get mopped frequently, just vacuumed.

Price & location

Low water pressure in shower. No kleenex in room. Just a couple of hooks for hanging clothes, no closet. Hair dryer did not work. Ice machine was out of order. Although the room appeared to be quite clean, we did see a couple of roaches. ☹️

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We also felt safe at this location. It was very close to many activities and had multiple food options on the same road. The staff was very friendly and kind
