Liked it all everything was very good. It was everything you would hope to find..Will stay there again.

Nothing to do with the Hotel but around 2 in the morning some one on the same floor kept slamming a door shut went on for around 10 minutes... very inconsiderate of them..very rude..That had nothing to do with the quality of the hotel very nice, clean and pleasantly ran.

The room was certainly clean and comfortable, my back was thankful for a firmer bed. The bathroom was nice and roomy too. Anything you need is within a mile or so.

No breakfast, and severely overpriced for what it is. Hotels that charge 100ish a night have no problems offering full hot breakfasts, why can’t you at 250? Sad…

The location was a big plus for me. My spouse was in the hospital and st.vincent was just around the corner. They also had free washer and dryer!!!

When I booked they advertised continental breakfast but they did not have this. Also by the pictures it appeared to have a fold out couch in the double suite. However; they had a small stretch out chair and I was traveling with plus size men so one of them had a very bad night sleep. :(

The full kitchen was surprising. We didn't use it for cooking but it was nice. The price we paid for the room was excellent..we will definitely stay at a Candlewood again.

I like the fact that the property was on one of the main strips and easy to access

What I didn’t like about my stay is, I didn’t want a smoking room so I had to be moved to another room which was higher than the price that I was originally charged for and I ended up paying double or was charged a different amount to my card

Friendly staff and clean. Good location.

No breakfast, coffee machine didn’t work in pantry, and room smelt like old cigarette smoke, needs a fresher.

Free laundry 🙂 That was a nice surprise. The hotel was in a great location very near the hot springs. Clean facility nice staff. Nice pool. It was also nice to have a full kitchen.

I loved how the rooms are set up! Bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to everybody. Place was in a great location.

I didnt like getting there and not being able to check in due to a power outage until about 9:30 but i understood they had no control over it! I think investing in some generators would be a great idea. Other than that i enjoyed my stay and actually didnt want to leave

Super clean and personable staff

Recliner didn’t but probably no one had reported it. There is no shuttle though the website’s state there is.

Very nice room with kitchen, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans. Nice bathroom with plenty of water pressure and plenty hot water.

Bed was a little too soft, I like a firmer bed. Still not bad though. Plenty of cover and pillows. Room could have had another chair at the table.
