I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I was offered a complimentary room upgrade, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by Dean and Katoon. Every detail at the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall atmosphere. This was my first time staying at Mövenpick, as I usually stay in other hotels, but after this experience, I can say that Mövenpick has become my new favorite. I sincerely hope that management recognizes and appreciates the outstanding professionalism and hospitality of Dean and Katoon. They made my stay truly memorable, and I would definitely recommend Mövenpick to others.

The hotel is located in a quiet location and within walking distance to rowdy and busy places. It was quite fun to hop on to the free tut tut service to Terminal 21. The friendliness of the staffs who were always servicing or attending to our requests/questions with a smile and politeness. We didn't have time to use the gym and pool. Breakfast is good value for money and the varieties are good. Fast and efficient service.

There is no view from the rook except facing a multi storey carpark but it is what it is. Nothing much we didn't like. The pillows were too soft.

It was close to the centre and has many facilities around.

I extended my stay for one night and check out at 22hr pm which I paid extra .Apple was very comprehensive and find the best solution for me. But on the day of checkout I ask Apple to extend for 2hours more she did her best to not apply and additional charges as I already stayed 6 nights. THATS WAS TOTALLY UNAPPRECIATED BY HER MALE COLLEAGUE. HE INSTANTLY STARTED TO TALK RUDELY TO HER IN THAI LANGUAGE AND THEN SHE ASK ME PAY 700BHT MORE FOR THE 2 HOURS.I PAID IT BUT IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCRIMINATION AS I WITNESSED MANY RACIST ATTITUDES AGAINST ME IN THAILAND FOR BEING A MAN OF COLOR. CHEAP MENTALITY.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were very clean. They provided everything we could need, which was really nice. The staff were amazing—so kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They were very helpful and made us feel at home. The location is perfect too—just a 1-minute walk from the main street, so everything was close by. The breakfast was also very good, with lots of choices to suit everyone’s taste. It was a great way to start the day! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a great place to stay!

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which sometimes didn’t work at all. I think it was during peak hours when most guests were using it, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t spoil our time here.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and I got a wonderful surprise when I checked in—they added a happy birthday design for me! Such a sweet touch. The buffet breakfast was really good with lots of variety, and the à la carte meals were equally delicious without being too pricey. I also appreciated that in-room dining was available for late-night cravings—super convenient! The free TukTuk transfer from the hotel to Terminal 21 is nice. And I can’t forget to mention how amazing the staff were—everyone was super nice and made my stay extra special. Highly recommend! 😊

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Disclaimer: this is not about the hotel itself, but the location is a bit far from downtown, and traffic can be really bad. I suggest taking a Grab bike if you’re solo, but if you’re traveling with family, you might want to reconsider because the traffic is bad bad. That said, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel!

We spent 10 nights here due to needing to be close to Bumrungrad Hospital for a medical procedure. The location was fantastic, the staff (especially our room cleaners and Chang) were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day.

Since I was recovering from surgery, we opted for a suite. The first suite had a horrible shower/tub combo that leaked water everywhere. The second room had a better shower, but lacked a mini stove top and microwave. The room was ugly and sterile and could definitely use a remodel. There were funny odors throughout the hotel, especially in the elevators and lounge area. Lounge food was lacking.

The property is in a great location, located far enough off the main road for quiet, but at the same time you are only a 4 minute walk from the action. The staff, especially Dean were outstanding. Dean greeted us when we arrived off a long flight with a long layover and he immediately made us feel like home. I’m a silver Accor member but didn’t know you don’t earn Accor points booking through booking.com. Dean then made sure I received all the benefits + some including a room upgrade - Dean you’re the best.

It’s located in the heart of the business district. Sukhumvit and Asoke are within walking distance. The facilities are perfect. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Worthy of top rating! Few and all the staff are amazing and accommodating and are always smiling. I loved the chocolate hour every afternoon and the restaurant offered an amazing buffet service. They also have a free e-tuktuk to take guests around nearby destinations which is very handy. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Nothing I can think of. It’s definitely on a higher price point but the services and facilities provided make up for the $$$$.

The size of the executive room we booked was super large and comfy.The lounge was great with a good choice of food and drinks.The staff there was also very kind and polite.

The equipment of the gym is just okay.1 treadmill wss out of order. There is no machine for the abs or no bar for your arms. However it was fully AC and came with towels and water.

Amazing staff from check-in to check-out. A lot of people helping with our luggage, took care of everything. Nice pool area, good restaurant with delicious mango sticky rice. Room was great, spacious, comfortable bed, not too hard. Location is perfect. 7eleven is a few steps away, and a few minute drive with tuk tuk you reach a shopping center (free tuk tuk service in 30min intervals from hotel and back).

Only one thing-the shower. Water was way too hot for a long time, and after you find the right temperature the scorching hot water starts to pour on you in intervals and goes back to normal, and again scorching hot water and again normal, very unpleasant. So if they could fix that it would be amazing.
