I liked the location – it’s in a quiet area with no noise. Perfect for introverts, as there is no reception: all the information is sent by message, so you can just arrive and check in without waiting, and with full comfort. The hotel is new, with a pleasant design and an excellent air conditioning system. P.S. We first saw the sign of the Colombian Embassy, so we decided to go around the building from the other side, but it turned out that this was actually the hotel. Since we arrived on the weekend, we couldn’t figure out where the staff was working, as it really looked like just the hotel.

It was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at!! As an interior designer, I appreciate the attention to details. The location has only high quality materials and furniture. Every corner is well though. We loved spending the night at Luna and we look forward to returning. Besides the design, there are others things that made the experience extraordinary: - neighborhood is nice with Iulius mall and Profi at a walking distance - private parking at the location -minibar in the hallway We also had a personal issue where needed to print some documents. And even it was 7 in the morning, the Luna contract person ( it was by whatsapp so i didn’t get the name) was nice enough to help us.

The villa is absolutely stunning. The design is amazing, new and very modern. It was impeccably clean, and tidy. A nice addition was the complimentary mini bar drinks that were included in the price. The people were very friendly and the communication was hassle free. 100% recommendation!

If you are disturbed by lights in the room that don't go off, they have a touch sensor light for "clean the room" and "do not disturb". This sensor is quite bright during the night and it's reflection shines on the bed.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The design of the space, the location, the attentive staff, and thoughtful details like the Nespresso machine, tea in the room, free minibar, and the lovely scented hand wash and shower gel all stood out. The bed, bed sheets, and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. I requested an early check-in, and they responded promptly, confirming it was possible. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. It is a nice boutique hotel that I would definitely recommend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Luna Residence and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations. The a la carte breakfast was simply outstanding - the variety of options available was impressive and everything was perfect, it was a delightful way to start the day. As for the rooms, they were nothing short of luxurious. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was evident, and I felt pampered and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Luna Residence to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.

Just a week after our first stay, we returned to Luna Residence. This time we chose a smaller room. But it was incredibly comfortable and clean! I loved the bed and linen, and how everything was so well thought to be close to hand. We stayed at the 3rd floor and the room had a Velux window. I loved how we could see the sky at night ( there are 2 remote controls to open the window and for shutters).

Great location, peaceful neighborhood, 10 minute walk from the center. Clean, comfortable. The room is small, basic, but just enough for a short stay. Would come again.

Bed cover is a double, very big, fluffy, which is fine in the winter, but a bother in the summer and there is nowhere to put it away.

Everything was excelent, the property is new and you can tell the owners put a lot of care in the details!! The matress is amazing and I realy enjoyed the quietness of the room and the location. The breakfast is A-la-carte and offers a big variety of choises, you can tell that is managed like a small luxury boutique hotel... I will definetly return!!

A very modern and almost new building, comfortable and very clean, the hotel is in a quiet surrounding. Has all it takes to make your stay nice and comfortable. Everything is up-to-date, you receive the entry code and electronic key via an app, opening the door can be WiFi operated. Very good mattresses, helping a relaxing sleep.

Boutique hotel in a very peaceful neighborhood yet the city centre is within walking distance. Nice rooms with wooden floor and balcony and private parking for free.
