Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I made my reservations online. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the receptionist told me there were no more rooms available. After a few minutes she contacted the manager on duty to assist her, I was told that there was an error and another customer had the same issue, she then apologizes for the error and inconvenience and said she only had a handicap room available. at this time, I was so exhausted because I had travel 2 hours to get here. I told her I would take it under the circumstances. She then informs that the jacuzzi didn't work. She was very kind and considerate of my feelings. She was also very professional and had a wonderful attitude.

The location was ideal. We are not big breakfast people so it met our needs. The staff was absolutely amazing.

There was mold at the bottom edge of the shower in the bathroom. The room could use a renovation. From the outside, it looked like a couple of rooms on the second floor had blinds a curtains falling down.

The location is great (though its a little bit hidden so is hard to find without GPS). The room was clean and comfortable. It is the right price for a nice place to sleep.

The sink faucet sprayed water across the counter and seemed to have only off and full blast. I didn't eat breakfast so I have no comment on that. No elevator.

We were very happy with the front desk, the room, beds , breakfast and the cleanliness.

The bathroom fan was much too noisy but when we told them on leaving they said that they would check it out.

Good Continental breakfast for the size of the breakfast area. The value was great, the area is well kept.

THE CARPET in the Room, it is old and holds smells. The ROOM is clean but they need to get rid of the carpets.

The parking, The location, and The furnishings in the room were all nice. Very convenient to have microwaves and mini fridges!

The lobby was full of A/C units and not very spacious at all. Not having a central staircase and only stairs at the end of the building was not convenient when you don't have an elevator.

Great location, very good area, bed was small but my boys made it work.

The bathroom could be little more remodeled but I overall okay
