Everything. Location was great. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the Mekong River. The river walk was along the river too. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying a beer and watching all the activity. Boats on the river, people moving around buying stuff from the street vendors. Are room was pretty spacious and very clean. In room refrigerator and walk in shower. Daily housekeeping if requested. Staff was very helpful.

We had room 501. The view of the 4 rivers was stunning and the room had a terrace to sit and gaze. Neither bedside lamp worked and by the time we discovered this there was no one at reception (except a security guard) to put it right. There were no breakfast facilities (and on a Sunday even the next door café was closed). Enjoy the room for its views.

Bedside lamps did't work.

The wifi was a tad lacking but I don’t think it’s their fault and the shower pressure in one of our rooms was on the softer side but otherwise - no complaints!

Lift available - very good for my weak legs. In fact, hotel should clearly indicate this on the web like booking.com to let patron knows. When I did the booking, I was not sure at all.
