The breakfast was fine, no complaints. The location was convenient for the location that I needed to travel to. However, the rodeo was going on, which made it a little cumbersome get ting in and out onto the street. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, but met the need.

It was a little cumbersome. The price of the hotel stay was inflated due to the Houston Livestock Rodeo going on across the way. getting in and out of the parking lot and traveling on the crowded streets The beds were not very comfortable, but met the need.

Did not know hotel itself would give a better rate for my family MD Anderson, patient Booking.com says it’s free parking and it was not Booking.com says pet fee is $75 for the two nights. It was $150 said the manager. So my only complaints are not with the hotel, but with Booking.com.

The breakfast was generally nice. I wished there were healthier options and I wished the coffee was left out and refreshed for a longer of period of time after the breakfast was cleared to accommodate daily coffee drinkers. It seems like a light lift and would make a big different in the overall experience of the guest. Especially because the medium roast coffee was actually pretty good. The location was fine. If you don't have a car, it's difficult to get to anything, even the Target, which is just a few blocks away. I had to request Lyfts to drive me just a few minutes. But I think that's more of a commentary on how walkable Houston is generally speaking.

I wished the rooms were refreshed and cleaned each day over the weekend.

Very clean, perfect location and staff was awesome!! I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. We sat outside at night in the pool area and it was so nice and relaxing.

Breakfast area was tiny and the food was ok. However, it was clean and again, the staff was wonderful.

The stay was good! Our room was very comfortable & pleasant. Loved check in..was easy and felt very professional. Breakfast was great, area was clean and a nice variety of food. I especially liked that we didn't have the hotel mini size lotions and shampoo. Full size bottles of Dove! A++ in my book. Very close to the Staduim, Target and eateries..all within walking distance

The hall to the room (2nd floor) were stuffy and hot. Had some wires sticking out of the side of our AC unit

The location is perfect for MD Anderson Cancer Center. 5 minute drive. I was traveling alone and felt quite safe in the area, and there's a grocery store, Target, and lots of fast food and restaurants nearby.

It was really hot in the hallways and the elevator. The room was very comfortable. Not enough luggage carts , anywhere you go, there's never enough luggage carts.

The location was perfect to attend a concert at NRG. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had great choices and everything was fresh.

They didn’t have housekeeping on the weekends.

It was very clean beautiful Christmas decorations. The breakfast was good and it was around a lot of eating places and only 15 minutes from the Galleria

There was no extra sheets and towels and the lady that was there was rude when we asked for extra stuff

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at Staybridge Medical Center I had my Birthday Event I had a wonderful time and from the first desk to Event Sales Manager Ms Wendy took very good care of me and my family and friends and I will recommend my family and friends to stay at this location I to thank the staff for making accommodations for me and my family I really appreciate it A Forever Customer ☺️❤️

The hotel was perfect breakfast was super super good and staff was good plenty towels

they gave me the wrong room and I had to pay an extra 100 for something that wasn’t my fault..,,and it was food left under the sofa bed😖
