The room was delightful! We didn't need a very large room as we were just staying in Florence for one night to fly home. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very attentive and ready to accommodate. The breakfast buffet was fresh and the selection was amazing. The area had shopping, two pharmacies nearby, and a variety of restaurants. I wish we had stayed another night or two here!

The only thing lacking is an elevator. The hotel is on the 2nd floor and we had to carry our luggage up the long flight of stairs!

This hotel is only a short bus ride from the historic centre of Florence, which made getting around very easy. It’s close to lots of amenities, including small shops (food and others), restaurants, swimming pool and pharmacy. The room was extremely clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were absolutely delightful and the breakfast was vast and delicious.

The room was possibly a little on the small side. But as there is a veranda that can be used, you really only sleep in the room anyway.

The Hotel was excellent. Room and bathroom were lovely, breakfast was good, terrace was a bonus. Everywhere was amazingly clean. The staff were brilliant. There was only one down side - we did not expect to have to carry our suitcases up two floors of stairs (the hotel is on the second floor and there is no lift). We had received no indication of this prior to arriving, which was at the end of a long day. We are 79 and 75 years of age. Knowing this in advance would not have put us off staying in the hotel, but we think it is an important piece of infornation which should be publicised on the website, to allow, perhaps, for the help of the taxi driver to be sought if necessary!

It is a very beautiful hotel, with a nice terrace and a beautiful view The staff was very nice and very helpful with sightseeing, transport and food Even tho the hotel is in a very big city, the hotel is very private, secure and quiet They also have a very secure parking

The parking is very small, so I don’t recommend going there with a big car I also think that the hotel is a little expensive, because the rooms are kind of small, but that didn’t bother me much, because the whole experience is worth it’s money

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Very good service and helpful. Bonus for complementary café products 24/7, and nice little terrace with view, to enjoy coffee in the morning.. Short walking distance to buses, and trains, and if you are good for a 30 min walk, it's also easy to reach the old town center by foot.There is a lot of restaurants and small shops in the neighbourhood of the hotel. All in all, a little gem in Florence; quiet, nice and cosy.

Nothing to mention, really. But for some people it might be a little difficult to walk the stairs with heavy luggage. The hotel is on 2.floor, and no lift. In that respect, ask to get help before arriving, and it will be no problem.

The hotel itself and the room were amazing, the staff were very friendly and accommodating!

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. We had the room that's adjacent to the breakfast area, which can be loud when folks are there to enjoy their breakfast. If you're planning on spending your time in the city centre of Florence, do take into account you'll have to travel for about 20 minutes each way.

-no parking on site. The paid parking only has limited spaces and is 1.2 km to drive from the hotel because of the one way systems and about 700 m to walk back. -the hotel is on the second floor with no elevator. A long way to take luggage up and downstairs.

Nice room, big enough for two friends with two sets of luggage. Nice large bathroom and cute view out the window. There was a terrasse for smokers and free breakfast.

No elevator so you need to be able to carry your luggage upstairs. Staff were not very helpful when I asked if they could receive my luggage that was delayed a day meaning I had to spend two days without clean clothing. Other hotels have been much more helpful when this has occured.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with hot bread, croissants, cheeses, and olives along with cappuccinos. Some tips: There is a back terrace for smokers so if you are bothered by smoke, ask for a room further towards the entrance. Also, climbing the stairs with luggage might not work for some folks. And taking the local bus is easy but plan accordingly because most of the city center is not accessible by vehicles so the bus will still be a walk.

Ok this is the COZIEST HOTEL EVER! i really loved it! It is small, and amenities are great. The lady at the front office was super kind, and she made the best morning coffee. You can take snacks at every moment and this makes it nice if you go back to the hotel late at night. SUPER clean., bed was SUPER comfortable. The hairdryer from the bathroom should be changed though!

The hairdryer in the bathroom is extremely old and useless (in my case).
