Lovely hotel in a great location, but the staff made it special. On front desk, in the bar and restaurant and even the staff cleaning the rooms were all lovely, friendly and professional! The pool and gym area was very functional and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The only issue we had was the lack of parking, and with the parking surrounding the hotel in zone 1 it was very expensive as is 24 hours a day. The hotel told us where to go and park for half the price between 8am and 10pm - it was an 8 min walk. We found somewhere to park for free and was a 10 min walk. It wasn't the hotels fault, but was an inconvenience.

room: we got a magnificent upgrade to the president suite with a personal sauna, which was absolutely great! breakfast: amazing, you can order additional meals from the menu view and location: you won't find a better location! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who travel with a family!

All was perfect!

Location - perfect. Lady receptionist was super helpful and friendly. 2nd day breakfast was very tasty. Room design is gorgeous. View was super nice. Nice SPA facilities.

First day young guy at reception wasn't very attentive, and didn't give me any instructions about the SPA facilities, when I asked him after couple hours how to get to SPA, he asked if I am staying at the hotel, even though he was the one who checked me in. At the SPA there was a naked man, which completely ignored that I am around, and walked around like that, so I left the SPA as I felt uncomfortable. Second day the waiter asked me 4 times what did I order for breakfast and still managed to order a double portion of eggs on toast, which of course I couldn't eat it all. The shower door was wobbly and the water was going everywhere. I really didn't like that shampoo, conditioner and even shower gel were very cheap quality.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to all the interesting spots in the old town of Vilnius. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly :)

The cleanliness is so poor especially in my room. The house keeping team need to do their duty more details. After moping the bathroom floor at least you dry it out and not leave it wet. I found garbage under the bed on my first day. They did not take the dirty towel on the floor. The bed sjeets made my skin itchy, I'm wondering about the chemical they used or they did not change the bed sheets.

The room wasn't as advertised and much smaller than expected. The room appeared to be set up for a single person when the booking was for 2 people- single set up on the bed and a single robe in the cupboard. The room advertised was 215ft and the pictures are very misleading on booking.com. the booking was for 2 rooms of the same type and size on the booking, whereas the rooms allocated were both different in size. This is very misleading and has led to disappointment.

The location is great. All the sights are within walking distance and there are lots of places to eat nearby too. This is 100% what you are paying for. It has a very nice rooftop bar to catch the sunset over the town square. The concierge was very helpful. Rooms very nice. Comfy beds. The spa although small is a nice addition after a long day walking around.

Some staff lacked customer service skills. Breakfast was quite expensive but there are plenty of cafes near to eat if it isn't for you.

The drain on the bathroom floor was slightly smelly when not covered by a floor mat; the toiletries are self-branded and low quality, shampoo stings in eyes a lot etc; sauna & health club are very hard to find and could use a renovation, mold in showers, also there's no oven in the sauna and no waterhose in the steam sauna

Location is excellent! Restaurants and cafes are right as you walk outside. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. A little inconvenience was our second room for my adult sons. I booked a room with two beds, but the beds were connected into one and they needed to share it.
