I travelled with my daughter so we stayed at this hotel for the pool area. She loved the pool and the slide a lot. The pool was clean and taken care of.. the staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast was pretty delicious and plentiful. I appreciated that the breakfast room staff were constantly restocking the food and keeping the space clean. The rooms were very clean and spacious and I enjoyed having taller ceilings as well. It was easy to get to and from when we had to leave to head into Winnipeg.

The beds were a little stiff for my liking.

The room was incredibly spacious, there was a huge selection of food for breakfast which was nice for someone like me who has very strict dietary restrictions, and staff were all so lovely. The location was great for us too as it allowed us to easily continue on our trek up north, plus there was tons nearby.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, there weren't many accessible outlets, especially given that it was an "accessibility" room, and the TV was like...absurdly small.

Loved that the the tv had samsung tv channels and was more then the standard tv channels. It was also enabled so we could cast and screen mirror our phone on to the tv. These are the kind of details that needs to be available to stay up to date with life these days. Totally spacious room! The pool was perfect for our kids. We appreciated the mid size pool slide that was open and not covered which can be a little scary for our kids. They loved it! The complimentary breakfast was totally worth it and made morning life so easy.

Everything , let us check in early we’re extremely accommodating and helpful . Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean as always .

No fault of the hotel but we were on the same floor /next too a very loud hockey team for the first half of our stay .which was hard with a 2 year old during bedtime . But it was a lovely stay after they checked out.

The size of the room was perfect.clean,comfortable and realaxing. I spent a whole day in the room because I was not feeling well and was totally comfortable. The hallways were quiet day and night. Soundproofing of upstairs rooms was appreciated.

I found that the breakfasts could have had more of a variety. For two days they had what they call egg Pattie’s that were more like rubber Pattie’s scrambled eggs would have been a good variation. The waffle makers needed to be oiled daily as my husband had to pick his off due to being stuck.

The front desk clerk was amazing. Such a funny, friendly woman. Our room was a very generous size,

It was 32C the afternoon we arrived here, and nobody had thought to turn on the a/c before we checked in. The room itself registered 87 F on the thermostat. We could not get the a/c unit to work. So, the nice reception woman was sent to see what she could do. It took a while, but she finally got it to work .. a bit. No offer to move us to another room, which would have been sensible. It took four hours for the room temp to drop to 20 C. Not impressed.

Everything! It was fantastic, the kids loved the pool, everything was new and fresh and clean. The breakfast even offered gluten free and vegan options! We will definitely be staying here again!

The location, it was too far away for a lot of places to deliver but still totally worth going to pick up food to stay here!

Very friendly helpful staff. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything clean and tidy. Lots of options for a good breakfast and included in the stay. The pool area looked great but didn't use it this time. Free hot drinks machine with excellant cocoa at the end of a long day.

Finding the route into the Hotel parking could be better signed across the forecourt but easy when you know!

We’ve stayed at this property twice before. It’s conveniently located and easy to drive to all of the locations we like. Kids love the pool and slide and the breakfasts are good with changes every day

On the 2nd day of our stay, they had no coffee at breakfast. Waited roughly 30 minutes and still wasn’t ready so ended up getting coffee elsewhere. This is the only negative that we’ve ever experienced staying here

Check in was great, the room was perfect and super spacious! Breakfast was great and the grandkids loved the pool! Will stay again and recommend to others!

At check out the front desk attendant was rather terse and borderline rude.
