Excellent hotel just like all of the other Holiday Inn Express locations I've used. Clean, quiet rooms; friendly staff; excellent breakfast, wicked-good coffee. Close to lots of shopping and food - just a short drive away.

Nothing to complain about - the hotel is adjacent to a highway (which adds some noise) but that was not a surprise.

Just about everything. Clean, well maintained, great staff, 24-hour coffee and tea.

Breakfast needs to be extended at least an hour. If someone is visiting for leisure and would like to take his time getting up and moving, having to get down to the lobby to grab breakfast by 9 is too early. Even if you get there with 15 minutes to spare, they are packing up for the day and most of what you would ordinarily want, like bacon or orange juice, might run out before you get there. It’s too heavy a lift to mark breakfast off at 9. 10 would be fair, 10:30 or 11 would be better in a place like Florida where people come to vacation and don’t want a deadline to meet first thing in the morning.

Good for a short stay. We have stayed here before. Pleasant staff, clean room and great linens!

Everyone on staff we met was attentive & friendly. They were fast & efficient without being overbearing. The hotel was clean and the room & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was exactly what we've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The best location to access all the shops & restaurants at St. John Town Center but still in a quiet area, also within 15 minutes of the Mayo Clinic & close to major highways.

Unfortunately, they've "upgraded" to automated coffee machines with touch screens that brew your cup individually. At first glance it sounds good but one of the 2 machines was down & it takes a long time for each cup. At breakfast a long line developed waiting for coffee. Then that one frozen up. They no longer have coffee makers in the rooms so this presented a problem. While waiting for the company to come service the first machine they should have had an alternative to replace it. I know you can get large dispensers with fresh brewed coffee from places like Starbucks (not my choice but an example) that serve dozens of cups. For a relatively small investment they could have eliminated this problem.

Super comfy bed/ comforter & very quiet room. Great location easy access to all the different parts of Jax.:Beaches/Northside, San Marco, Downtown....

My heater in the room wasn't working but the lady at the front desk offered me a space heater & that helped. The next day the manager offered to change my room but when I checked the new rooms heater wasnt working either it seems to blow cold air....I checked an hour later still cold..... so maybe its tbe new system they have? Anyway everyone was very helpful & nice trying to help me be comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location for shopping & eating as well as less than 15 minutes to Mayo Clinic. All the staff members we encountered were absolutely friendly & efficient.

I don't like the coffee makers, they take too long. Everyone ends up waiting in a line for it. God forbid you need two cups! I saw some people use both machines, which might be a good idea. Either way, everyone else still stands around waiting. One visit, one machine was broken, it was a nightmare!

Conveniently close to restaurants and shopping.

Apparently staff informed me at checkout they’ve been having issues with people stealing cable tv boxes. Because I indicated the only issue we had was very little channels on the tv. I asked why only a handful of channels? And she explained to me what had been happening. At any rate our stay was wonderful. I was in the military back in the 90’s and got to see a visit with some fellow veterans who still work and live in the area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Robert Duff Jupiter, Fl

Clean snd comfortable. Good room layout for 2 suitcases and other stuff. Good breakfast.

Don’t like taking the fact that you took coffee pots out of the rooms. I ended up going to the lobby at 6:30 am to get a cup each for me and my husband, and there were a few early risers having breakfast-it wasn’t comfortable for any of us I think. And I ended up using as many cups as I would have if I had made it in my room!

Everything! We have come to town for a friends birthday party at top golf which you can walk over to which made it nice. The front staff always friendly and our room was clean and very nice . The only issue was the toilet did not was to flush at time but other than that we had a fabulous time for 2 nights and we will definitely be back

Location to all of the venues that we needed to be at. It was very clean and the staff were overly hospitable. We were hard pressed to think of any other site that offered such wonderful breakfast and service that is in this industry was impeccable.

The question should be “what was there not to like about the property “
