When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

From the moment we checked in the staff were incredible! The property is a great location near many attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel itself was a perfect balance of classic architecture with modern touches. We only stayed a night, but upon check in they upgraded us to the most gorgeous suite. I don’t think we’ll ever want to stay anywhere else in Milan!

The hotel location is excellent and quiet, I got a free room upgrade, the staff were nice and dealt with guests professionally, if I come back to Milan again the hotel will be my first choice because of the good treatment of the staff

The air conditioner was hot at first and the room needed time to cool down I guess because the ceiling of the room was high but it wasn't a big problem

Excellent Location and easy walking distance to the main square - Galaria - Via Monte Napoleone- and then in the other direction to the local barios - lovely cafe and bar for snacks lunch and dinner. Lovely breakfast Very nice spa with a good size steam and sauna room. Like that we had a great bathroom with a very large shower and a bidet. Rooms are quiet and curtains prevent light from seeping through. All in all we will come back if we can’t find a better deal and quality.

Gym could have heavier weights or a cable machine The cabinet over the tea facility in the room was a major hazard and I bumped my head frequently on the cabinet on the corner - I hope they fix this design fault Breakfast tea bags in the room were weak and glad I had packed mine from home! The milk in the fridge was off so had to order fresh milk and extra extra teabags

Everything specially the friendly staff in the front desk Mr. Enrico and Mrs. Giulia who were super helpful offering guidance in everything. Also Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Naji were around whenever we needed help. And the staff at the breakfast were so neat and fast serving and helping us. I don’t forget to mention how clean and comfy our room was on the third floor.

the room was very spacious, clean, and organized. It also had a coffee machine for espressos and the bathroom had a good heating system even for the mirror so after shower it would not become foggy, overall the room was great.

I think the breakfast system should be a bit improved, you pay a good price (not the highest) for the room + breakfast included but you can't ask for another plate of scrambled eggs without paying extra which is the first time I saw a hotel at this level doing this, usually if you pay for the breakfast you would be able to ask for 2 sets of packages for example and have it already included at the price you paid for, so, it was a bit weird to me this, having just 1 item from the menu included.

I like the location, 7 minutes walk from the Duomo square The hotel is clean, limited options for breakfast but acceptable, many restaurants are nearby around you better book without breakfast.

Everything was absolutely stunning. We went to Milano for one night for a special occasion. The staff helped me organize something unforgettable. We also recieved a room upgrade. I can highly recommend this Hotel if you are considering a stay in Milano. + Staff will happily help you with your wishes + clean, beautiful rooms + great location + she said yes🎉 Thank you very much again. I think we will never forget your Hotel.

Room is lovely, location was good but not right in the middle of Milan but a 5 min walk either direction.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. I travel to Milano once a year and my usual hotel was fully booked so I gave this a go. It’s possibly the best hotel in Milano right now. All of the staff go out of their way to help and ensure you have an exceptional stay. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious along with the drinks. The room was of the highest quality. Don’t forget to use the SPA services - what a relaxing massage from Alessandra. Grazie tanto tutti ancora! I will see you next year for sure.

It’s a little bit pricey, but it’s almost a brand new 5 star hotel & if you like to spend a little big when on holidays like me, then this is the hotel for you!
