The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Lots of choices everything very fresh. The bread and smoked salmon especially good! The location was lovely in a beautiful atrium. As the restaurant was closed on the night we were there we ate in the bar and the service was superb. The food was lovely small plates of charcuterie for example. The welcome from the staff and their fantastic customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had taken our dog with us and they even checked in that we had everything we needed for her stay and she'd been comfortable. The spa was very nice, particularly the sauna and jacuzzi.

Nothing. The location was further than we'd thought from the lake but it was walkable. Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was fairly small but it had a lovely terrace if only the weather had been better. The reception staff were great, they went in the car with my husband to goto the garage that holds larger cars - excellent as there is literally no where to park outside as it’s very busy

The bar looked really great but all the tables and barstools had been pre booked which was very disappointing. My understanding is that it is a separate entity.

Staff was super amicable , excelente service , the location of the hotel was amazing ! The rooms were brand new we had 4 rooms ! The spa and pool was really nice :) loved it

Excellent location, close to the old city center and restaurants. The hotel is renovated and modern in appearance and equipment. The room is relatively spacious, clean, well decorated and equipped. The staff is inviting, pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommended.

THe rooms were beautiful and well finished. Bathrooms clean and perfectly maintained. Balcony and chairs and tables lovely.
