The hotel was very clean and they would do housekeeping every day, which was nice

The pool had too much chlorine so you were only able to stay in the pool for about 30 minutes. It was too hot and humid. I think that’s a big negative part of this hotel. The kids were excited to swim, but at the end it was very uncomfortable for them to stay in the pool for longer their skin became very irritated with so much chlorine and their eyes did too. That’s a big negative part of this hotel. I do think it’s not kid friendly is the pool.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the room was top notch. I really appreciated the mini refrigerator and microwave. It was a bonus that the room had plenty of counter space with plenty of electric outlets! The beds were extremely comfortable as well! I would definitely stay here again!

The pillows weren't firm enough. They flattened out as soon as my head was rested.

Loved the room. It had a little chair by the bed and a desk. As well as a microwave. Bed was extremely comfortable. TV was a smart TV, but we travel with ROKU so was no issue.

Bathroom was a little dirty :( As was the carpet in the hallways. there were lime and rust stains in the bathroom lined with orange shower etc. Other than that everything felt super clean!

It was clean and the staff were very attentive. This was our second time staying at this hotel when in town.

The pillows. The pillows were just air. I stacked four pillows and still could t get comfortable. Also our neighbor next to us blasted her television all night! I knocked on the wall several times to no avail.

The breakfast was nice a little pricey after paying for the room. Felt like a complimentary breakfast should be included with the room. The waitress was also a little overwhelmed and had a hard time attending to us the first day but the second morning she did much better.

The pool could have been a little warmer. But was still nice to get a little relaxation in after a long day of classes.

I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone!! I wish I had the money to keep staying there though the weekend!! Thank you for all that helped me I really appreciate everything!!

Love the restaurant being available for dinner, and the lobby was stocked well with drinks and snacks, which is really convenient.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom had hair on the counter when we checked in. Kind of seemed dingy.

The choice of breakfast items was very good and a good way to begin the day of driving. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.

bathroom could have been a little cleaner… in particular the shower. also the lady who checked us in was rude. I asked for the water that I always get as a Hilton Honors member and she told me that was only for gold and diamond members - which I knew was not true- it’s also for silver, which I am. she got the water but was really snarky about it and acted like she was doing me a favor. she was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful all around. the gentleman at the front desk when we checked out was a totally different story though…very nice and helpful when we asked about the price being different than the booking.com quoted rate - he took the time to explain.

Your bathroom faucets on sink and shower need to be replaced or deeply cleaned to remove build up…. Shower needs recaulking… bathrooms need updating because they have the appearance of not being clean.
