Nice location away from the busy centre. Close enough to walk to but not too far. The hill is gradual from the town to the hotel. My room was very nice and comfortable with A/C, fridge, tv hot shower. Lovely sunset view from my bedroom and balcony. Laundry service was excellent. Back within 24 hours and smelling nice and fresh. Gym and supermarket within 5 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants too. The hotel also offers taxi services, tours, bus/boat tickets There’s also a nice breakfast available in the morning with pancakes, watermelon, banana, steamed buns, cereal, juices, coffee, Thai milk tea Run by a lovely family who live on the bottom floor. Always around to help with anything. I would definitely recommend a stay here :)

The hill might be difficult for some people with lesser mobility but it’s fine for the majority of people. Nothing else :)

This accommodation exceeded our expectation. The room/facilities were nice. Khun Rose and her family really helps us enjoy our stay by suggesting many great recommendations. The breakfast was far beyond what we expected. And with this price, exchanging with a little bit distance for about 1 km to the beach, which you could easily travel with motorbike for 3 mins, this accommodation was very worth our money and we were very happy to have a chance to support a local business like this. - we will definitely visit this place again!

The floor was a bit oily, maybe it is the cleaning way I'm not familiar with

It was a very nice room with a small balcony to sit in and the bathroom was great! The free breakfast was also amazing and made really well with plenty of healthy options for everyone’s tastes. The location was also ideal for the area we wanted to visit and stay in and was not far from shops and restaurants and the main beach area.

I wish there was staff available more frequently. I had tried to find staff members to speak to multiple times, waiting for long times when the query was urgent and no one was around. I wish staff members could be reached easier!

Nice small hotel just a few minutes up the hill from busy Sairee. The rooms are so clean, very comfortable and modern, comfy beds and 2 pillows which is not often found in Thailand! You get a lovely view from the room at sunset. Breakfast is really good, you have a huge choice and it's cooked fresh for you, there's also an additional small breakfast buffet. The family who own the hotel are so kind and lovely!

The hotel is at the side of the road and can be noisy. The room we were in had partial wooden walls so no real soundproofing, this didn't really spoil anything for us but if you a light sleeper you should be aware of this. Also shower didn't really get warm, but it worked well and pressure was great!

The hotel was very new and clean and the room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was a great mixture of buffet and order from a menu, so you get freshly prepared food. The pancakes especially were very delicious. The location was also good, as it is further away from the busy village but still a nice 10-minute walk with many restaurants on the way and a big supermarket nearby. We even had a great sunset view everyday. Recommend!

The AC was a little too aggressive but you could at least get the room cold very quickly. A trash bin in the room would also be convenient.

Spacious room, tastefully furnished, comfortable bed, big size fridge, very clean upon arrival, nice view from the balcony. Cozy common area with lounge chairs and complementary coffee/tea/snacks. Great breakfast with many options (one dish to chose from the menu plus a small buffet). Laundry service on site (50 baht per kg). The hotel is located about 1 km outside the village (uphill). Restaurants and supermarket close by. All within walking distance, yet away from the crowds and noise. Friendly staff. The owner helped to arrange a taxi to the pier (3 km) for 100 baht per person. Try to make arrangements prior to your arrival as well - as the taxis at the pier charge 400 baht for this short distance. We can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and lovely staff. The room was spacious and clean and had alot of storage for our clothes. Lovely view of the sunset from the balcony. The breakfast was very good and there was lots of options to choose from. Pancakes, omelettes, toast, fruit etc. The location was great as it was very close to Sairee and a couple of minutes drive to Smile Mart & 7/11.

Unfortunately we couldn't sleep that well as the walls are quite thin and could hear the neighbouring rooms and the rooms upstairs, there was also a very cute but noisy pack of dogs that bark most nights for a few hours and they are right on the road by the hotel. They also have construction at the hotel going on from as early as 8am so after not sleeping much through the night there is no chance of a little nap or peace during the day.

We loved the 3 nights spent here, our room was so bright and spacious and we even had a little balcony where we could see the sunset. The room had a fridge, kettle, really good air con and just basically everything you could need. The staff were also so helpful and welcoming

Everything with the property itself was perfect just the location of it is a 10 minute or so walk from the main bit of Koh Tao with a little bit of a hill so just bare this in mind!

The walk is fairly long for any lesser able people and the final 100m is fairly steep but manageable

Comfy beds, spacious room, good aircon, free water refill. Good breakfast, laundry service, really friendly staff. What more do you need? Location is good, about 10 minutes walk uphill from the main part of town but it is a nice quiet area near a gym, supermarket and some restaurants only a 3 min walk away

Pre arrival communication was very poor. Got delayed coming and let them know - no response. Contacted them about pick up from pier, they said they'd send someone but taxi never arrived. Also the hotel is undergoing some construction, it is very loud and starts at 7am. Keep this in mind if you're not an early bird!
