Beautiful and spacious location close to the city center. Very nice apartments, clean, and with all appliciances for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host is absolutely perfect. Already pre-stay, they will make sure you're fully prepared. Also during the stay, although they are not physically around, they are always a quick message away for support. All doors work with codes, which takes a little getting used to, but otherwise we had a fantastic stay. The location is walking distance to the city center and serves as a good starting point to explore the city.

there is no actual staff on-site and all doors use codes. Although instructions are clear and we got used to the process quickly and communication was super quick and efficient, if on-site staff is something you prefer, perhaps good to know what the expect.

What I liked: -Reception: The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They offered me another suite on the first floor since there were no elevators, which I really appreciated. -Service: The apartments provide 24/7 online help, ensuring any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. -Cleanliness: The property was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. -Staff: The team, especially the girls at the reception, were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s clear they’re doing their job perfectly. The best team! No significant dislikes during my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, clean property, and attentive staff.

Communication with the staff was fantastic, checkin and parking instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room itself was as expected. The duplx bed was a bit tough for my wrecked knees ... so my wife climbed, and I slept on the very comfy sofa ! The apartment had great facilities, including washing machine and loads of crockery and cooking gear. Filter coffee wasn't great, but there is 2E per coffee machine in the communal lounge, making good coffees. Location is great ... few minutes walk to centre of Old Town. 29 mins walk to mahor supermarket.

Very little. The place was great. Minor points ... no ice tray so we had to freeze our gin! One of the induction hobs was broken but staff were aware of this and waiting for parts ... can't blame them for wear and tear. There was a broken egg under the veg container in the fridge ... obviously missed in cleaning. But we sorted this ourselves.

The overall stay was very nice and pleasant. They don't have reception however everything was arranged through WhatsApp contact very fast: than we need some sleepers or had other request answer was very prompt. Very comfortable to stay with family and kids. You have all the kitchen appliances available (including oil, salt&pepper, tea). Nice small playground for kids in hotel yard.

Maybe it would be nice to provide everyday room cleaning. Cause we were making food every day using kitchen we need to through trash by ourselves every evening not to have a smell. Also would be nice to have fresh towels every day.

• Our room was like a dream, equipped with everything we could imagine. We even had wireless phone chargers on the bedside tables. • Especially appreciated the separate tap for filtered drinking water in the kitchen. Thank you! • They've thought of everything, from dishwasher and washing machine capsules to slippers and cotton pads. We had plenty of space to organize our things, and a nice makeup table. • Both the bed and sofa were really comfy. • The staff were wonderful, always in touch, and helpful. • We were greeted with warm croissants and jam upon arrival, which made us feel so welcomed and special. • The room was stylish and cozy, and the location of the hotel was perfect. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Tallinn! Thank you!

Kitchen was well equiped. The space was not far from the photos. The bathroom was clean and suitable. The premises were well kept inside and outside the room. The location is convenient, close to buses and also not far from the old town (even by walk). The room was quiet you could hardly hear others even though it was at G floor and close to the entrance.

The mattress could have been firmer, not bad for 2-3 nights but for an extended stay it would not work. Either I didn't know how to use apple TV or streaming or it simply states you can watch but when I tried it was asking for my own personal membership. So no TV for me.

I usually don't write review because of how picky I am but this one deserve one. The suite is cosy, well furnished and everything is foreseen (exemple : detergent for the washing machine + dishwasher, earplugs). The room is very well soundproofed, if it wasn't for the car in the parking I wouldn't know other people were there. The bed (the main one) was very comfortable, good pillows and nice linen. Everything you need to cook is there, there is also a big TV with a lot of channels (you probably didn't came for that but it's nice to have) and the couch was comfortable. The property is enclosed by a gate and the parking is inside of it, with CCTV. There is an automatic coffe machine in the hall. There is no reception but the staff is reachable via Whatsapp and are very reactive 24/7 from my experience. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from the old town.

The air recirculation system is making a very slight noise, but even for a super light sleeper this was fine, 95% of people won't even hear that.

The first communication that we had with the property managers was in response to a question that we had- they were extremely responsive and helpful and this continued throughout our stay …. The apartment was exactly as photographed and the QR codes that were on every appliance were super easy to use and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at these apartments and we really appreciated the security afforded by the locked gates which helped to keep our motorcycle secure.

Be aware that there is no oven in the apartment so it is a little bit tricky to prepare meals.

A truly well-thought-out place with great attention to detail. For every piece of equipment in the house, there’s a QR code that links to clear instructions on how it works – super convenient! Everything has been carefully considered: for example, if there’s a washing machine, a laundry capsule is also provided. Clear and precise instructions for check-in leave no room for confusion. Convenient parking, and kids will love the trampoline in the yard. :) Highly recommend!

The suite was nice and clean with all the conveniences. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the old town (around 15-20 minutes) and has a private parking. The staff online is very reactive.

It was not a problem for us but be aware that it’s a self check in hotel which means that there is no reception in case of urgent problem but as mentioned in the good points the staff is reactive online when you have any questions.
