The room is fantastic. The decor is minimal but classic, homely and beautiful. The balcony opens onto the market square which always has life going on but we still slept well at night. Caterina is a wonderfully helpful and kind woman. Great for suggestions and tips on what to do. Thank you Caterina.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. It was beautifully presented and everything worked well. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, and the Manager was a lovely helpful person. The location was brilliant.

The room faced west so it was very hot. The aircon was excellent but it did mean closing the shutters which made the room completely dark. A few small extras like a kettle would have been nice to have.

Very nice big room, close to everything in town without the need for getting the car. The room was very clean! The owner always answered our questions even before our arrival and was an excellent hostess!! Would highly recommend this place if you are staying in Olbia.

Excellent location.. closed to the train station and old town the room are very comfortable and good facilities. Caterina is very kind and helpful.

Caterina was a lovely host, very kind & welcoming and her son Matteo helped us also with great advice about the area. Very close to restaurants and transport. Would highly recommend.

It could be nice if there was some water in the fridge since its transfer it was difficult. At least we would like to have some water for the first day.

The owner is a great person! We loved the location, the whole house, decorated with taste. We enjoyed the whole space and the terrace. The room is very big, comfortable, as well as the bathroom. I have never seen such a well-kept B&B. We had the feeling that we were spending time in someone's beautiful home.

Unfortunately it was very noisy outside untlil 1 o'clock at night. From a nearby bar you could hear a woman singing live, who probably took part in the project "everyone can sing". We did not understand why it was so loud. Even the soundproof windows did not manage...

The location is fantastic, very central, safe, close to lots of restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The communication with Caterina was extremely good she sent a what's app message asking the estimated arrival and all questions I have asked she replied very quick. On arrival this B&B is located in the second floor of a huge house. Extremely clean and the size of the room was huge with a beautiful balcony, big bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The property in the same floor have a nice terrace to relax. The Breakfast area is located in the first floor. Breakfast was tradditional from Sardinia. This property also offer to keep your luggage which is great after check out. I definately will come back to this property If I come back to Olbia, I was feeling like home. This property is safe for solo traveller.

The location, how well maintained and clean everything was, Caterina the very lovely and incredibly helpful hostess and of course Beule, her adorable little dachshund.

Only that we couldn’t turn the AC on during the night. The buzzing of the mosquitoes woke us up repeatedly until we hunted them all down.

Lovely clean and comfortable room, good wifi connection. Sun patio just off our room. Breakfast just down the road. Very quiet, but close to restaurants, train station and bus stop.
