The location is near the Old city. I find a very clean and nice smelling location. You can reach every spot on your travel map by foot. For me it was so easy to find my way back. And, I loved that near the location, is a tower church which rings at every 15 min. It was nice to know the time without looking at your watch.

It was a noise, every day, made by the service people, and when they took the garbage. But it doesn't disturbed me. And, I didn't like that visitors who were staying in the location, does not respect the signs and smoke indie the interior courtyard.

The location is excellent – there are many restaurants, all types of public transportation, and attractions nearby! Having a kitchen is important when we travel with family. The kitchen is well-equipped enough to prepare a quick breakfast or a light dinner. I really liked the closet designed as a separate room with shelves, hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, which made our stay enjoyable.

The ventilation system operated constantly and independently of our wishes. But the most unpleasant aspect was the smell of cigarette smoke, which regularly came into our apartment through the ventilation from irresponsible neighbours, both early in the morning and late at night. This caused significant discomfort. So, while it is very convenient to receive the code for the apartment in the personal account, on the other hand, the absence of a reception desk in the hotel means, for some tourists, a lack of administrative control over the enforcement of hotel rules.

Great choice if you’re traveling to Prague! I was traveling with my family and we all loved it. The location is perfect, just a 15min walk to the Old Town square. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. And the self check-in and access to the building were very easy and straightforward. I’d totally come back in my next visit to Prague.

No complaints at all, everything was great. If I had to think of something that could be improved it could be the kitchenware, as there were a couple of pieces missing (there were four of us and we were missing a fork and some other items). But other than that, as I said, everything was great.

It was very clean and good location. All the needed facilities were there. It was great place to stay for a couple of days.

We had a group of 4 people (2 couples) and was just 1 bed for couple and 2 single bed in separate rooms. The people who stayed in the apartment upstairs were way too loud every night. There should be some rules about night hours and being silent, to respect other people when they want to sleep. Acoustic of the flat is very poor as you can hear each and every step of people walking upstairs, and around. Otherwise was excellent and good for a few days stay.

The apartment is very spacious and very clean. You have everything you need. The location is perfect and only a few minutes from the center and the old Prague as well as you can walk a bit further to reach the castle. Everything is doable on foot. There are many markets and supermarkets around the apartment. The building is very nice as well as clean. The instructions are easy. We stayed in total for 9 nights and it was amazing, we felt like home. I would strongly recommend it for tourists. We will certainly come back to this apartment next time we ate in Prague. Also, the staff was helping us out online and were replying fast.

The only thing that we needed to fulfill all our needs was a washing machine (personal opinion), all the rest was perfect.

The place is very easy to go, code for the outside door and the apartment. Everything is clean and with a lot of space. walkable distance to downtown.

The oven it's impossible to use, it's so "modern" that you'll need to have instructions. If you want to fry something, well it's doesn't work either. We wanted to heat our bread (no toaster available). The apartment was pretty hot and the AC didn't work although it's not mentioned as something the apartment has. The pillows are not comfortable at all. You should invest a little bit more on that.

Spacious, clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. The code for key system is very safe and convenient. It was all round comfortable and the beds slept well. The helpdesk was easy to reach and very helpful when we had an issue with the payment. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro or the train, but there's a bus stop right in front of the apartment as well. Would definitely book here again for my next stay!

Had to be careful with the showerhead as the system was a little fragile, but the shower itself was great.

The flat was lovely and located just walking distance from the city centre but in a nice and quite neighbour. The access is really easy and all the instructions to arrive were clear. Everything was clean and well equipped. I will definitely suggest a staying here.

We rent the flat for 5 people as I was travelling with my family, there is just 1 main bad in the apartment that is nice and comfortable the other 3 beds were just foldable beds with quite uncomfortable mattress. We paid a fair amount of money for the stay and for the usual prices in Prague and I would have just expected a better sleeping experience.

The location of the property is excellent. All Prague sights can be reached by foot and exceptional public transport can be used as well. The neighborhood is really nice with a lot of restaurants etc. The whole building belongs to the property owner, so the overall impression is very nice. The entrance door, the other common door and apartment door are unlocked by door code provided after online check-in or at the nearby reception desk (online check-in works fine). The exterior and interior of the building looks beautiful and very clean, the elevator is very modern etc. Our one-bedroom "Twig" apartment No. 24 is very spacious, nicely decorated, well-equipped and very clean. I was impressed by the prompt customer service. Upon arrival, we found out that towels were not provided by mistake, but we got the towels few minutes after request. We found the issue regarding the electronic safe box, but the problem was solved few minutes after our request. WiFi works fine.

Towels were not changed after three days as advertised. The sitting area of one-bedroom "Twig" apartment No. 24 is not very comfortable.

The apartment is nice and cozy but it does not look like the pictures. The twig one is a bit aged so if you expect freshly finished apartment it will not suit you. However, it has its own unique climate. Lack of a microwave is a certain flaw. There have also been problems with the door lock (the code has worked only after several tries). The location and the staff are purely great.
