We stayed here for one night but wish we had stayed longer! Everything was brilliant, the food, the spa and the igloo was fantastic. I can’t wait to come stay again!

The only downside was the transfers. Both ways the transfer was delayed and wasn’t communicated to us but thats all!

The property was immaculate and clean and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The spa is great and we really enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and the sauna. Location of the property is great if you’re looking to stay on the outskirts of town. Taxi fare cost is €90 to get into Rovaniemi (one way). However it’s an amazing location if you want to catch the northern lights as it’s very remote. And we were very lucky to see them. We were also very pleasantly surprised to see a small reindeer enclosure where you can pet and feed the reindeers. Definitely one of the highlights of my every morning. Overall a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay :) thank you.

The only thing we weren’t too happy about was the fire alarm disfunction for 2 of the days we stayed. The staff were on it very quickly and possibly not much they could have done to fix it right away but it did disturb our sleep for couple of nights. Other than that we can’t fault the hotel or the staff at all.

The aurora treehouse was spacious and clean with beautiful views. Massive bathrooms and good facilities. Only two restaurants on site (one for lunch with delicious salmon and soups) and one for evening meal/breakfast, and both had good food. Plenty of outdoor space for walks. There are reindeers on site. Being able to walk in the frozen lake was a lovely experience. We had a wake up call at 3am from reception letting us know the northern lights were visible. Staff were very accommodating whenever we asked any questions before our stay and I’d like to shout out one member of staff at lunchtime who was great with my daughter, teaching her how to toast marshmallows perfectly! Also having the multitude of different sledges to enjoy made the ‘adult’ part of our trip to Lapland fun for children too.

Would be nice if there was a bar or somewhere to hang out between meals, as we visited as a group of 5 in separate rooms.

My experience at Aito Igloo & Spa Resort was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and exceptional hospitality. I especially want to highlight Fermín, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. From the very first interaction, his kindness and professionalism stood out. He not only provided detailed information about the hotel and its services but also ensured that every one of my needs was met. Always available with a smile, he was ready to assist with any request, making me feel truly at home. The hotel’s facilities are breathtaking: the igloos are cozy, modern, and offer spectacular views. But what truly made this experience even more special was the spa. The spa domes are a true paradise for relaxation, and I want to give special thanks to the receptionist of Indian origin, whose name I don’t remember, but whose attentiveness and professionalism made every moment in the spa perfect. Her warm and caring nature made me feel truly looked after, adding a special touch to the experience. Every corner of the hotel is designed for relaxation and well-being, creating a perfect balance of luxury and nature. Without a doubt, I will return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical and rejuvenating getaway. The property is beautiful and nestled in the middle of the Finnish forest, easily accessible by car. The location is truly stunning. We had an amazing experience with the Finnish sauna and a dip in the frozen lake (included in the stay, unlike other hotels that charge extra). The spaces are decorated with great attention to detail and are very refined. The snow removal was handled impeccably with efficient electric tools, ensuring comfort and accessibility. The staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help. We highly recommend it!

The only aspect that could be improved is the ventilation in the restaurant area.

No service at all from the spa staff we went down the lake with a booking ticket the sauna it was not on we went back to the sauna at the reception also not working!!! No lights where on at the pool we went back after complaining to the lake sauna it was then on but no water for sauna you needed to fetch your own water there where no cups to drink water from that was very unpleasant the lady at the locker rooms does not explained how the locks work we could not lock our belongings

The rooms had a beautiful view, was very clean and warm. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made our stay special. Love from Cyprus xx

Wish they had instant coffee in the rooms, but other than that it was all amazing.

The location is amazing, in the middle of the forest just in front of the lake. The guest only SPA facility in well mantained and the sauna/ice lake experience is reccomended.

I would have been nice to have a " tour" after dinner to see the northern lights on the lake.

Everything was fine and perfect including activities and facilities. Enjoyed thoroughly. Great stay.

Just the starry light up in the ceiling didn't work in a treehouse stay. Other than that all good.

the resort was amazing ans the staff were super great and friendly. the locations was far out but perfect to get away.

the resrestuarants food choices could be broaden but the cocktails were fantastic
