The location is great, definitely the right choice. Hot tube is must to try. Barbecue facilities are not far from the houses. Everything is new and clean. You can pick up berries right from the forest for your breakfast (depending on the season, of course).

There was something wrong with sauna, because it didn’t warm up as expected. As the area is pretty much new, there are some reconstructions around, and the view from the house might not be just like wild forest, you might see something related to building facilities (like tubes) from the earth. It would be good to hide it somehow. Generally it depends on the house you live. Other than that all is good.

The rooms are beautifully done with high quality materials. Having your own sauna and hot tub is absolutely great. I imagine the place to be absolutely stunning in winter. With the new spa and restaurant that are currently being built there is absolutely no need to leave the place! Communication was super friendly too.

The property is very new and are on some small areas still looking to find their feet. A bit more information on how to use the sauna, or what to do in the surroundings would be great. But these are very minor things that I’m sure will be fixed with a bit more experience.

Amazing cabin with all facilities provided! The mirrored wall provided an invisible feel on the outside. Cabin is surrounded by forest. An outdoor private hot tub at the patio which we use and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy. A private sauna inside the spacious bathroom and there is even a washing machine and well equipped kitchen inside the cabin. Check in and check out is a breeze. Personal door pin code provide easy access to the cabin and if encountered any issue, can easily send chat to staff and they will reply to assist. Overall, we are super happy with our stay and will definitely come back!

Wish the property will change the check in and check out timing. Currently check in time is 4pm (abit late) and check out time at 11am (too early). However as we were staying at their igloo hut the night before, we were offered an early check in and able to move from igloo hut to the invisible cabin at 11am, which we highly appreciated!

Amazing place to stay, near to the city centre but still in the woods, surrounded by nature and peace. Very approachable and welcoming hosts, even sent a person to fix our hot tub (without us telling them it was problematic) which was very kind of them. We could also use the boat and kayak which we didnt though due to rainy weather. Loved every aspect of the room, all the details, the splendid view from the window, nice coffee machine to enjoy hot coffee in the morning, really clean room and spacious. Excellent communication through booking and clear check in instructions. Will totally recommend it to anyone visiting Rovaniemi!

The accommodation is wonderful but the way to get there could be a bit troublesome and expensive (22 euros one way taxi ride from the centre) due to limited buses. Even if only 10 mins ride to the centre, on foot is more than an hour and passes through busy road. Other than that, there was nothing we disliked!! Maybe a welcome basket with some sweets/food items would add to the overall experience.

All we want to do is go back. The location, surroundings and facilities were amazing. The sauna was easy to use and the hot tub was pre-heated. Sufficient cooking utensils are supplied if you want to make your own food (which we did).

The only downside was the walk way from the parking to the actual wooden building walk way. We were there as the snow was melting and it was a tricky task to get from the car to the wooden walk way with all the water and mud. Once we made it to the wooden walk way, we had no problems, but getting there was a bit tricky.

We absolutely loved it!!! The staff was amazing, the location gorgeous and the apartments next level beautiful and super modern. We spent our days foraging mushrooms, picking berries and reading on the front porch - felt like paradise 😍 We will definitely come back.. I highly highly recommend staying a few days to soak in the experience.

There could be some work done towards eco-friendliness. There are no windows in the cabin and besides the entry door (which we left open during the day to get fresh air) there is only am AC and a ventilation system (no windows). Also the hot tub was heated all the time which was in our case not necessary.

The views from the lodge and the convenience to wherever I need to go was perfect shops very close by of you’re driving being able to see the aurora from the lodge some nights was just perfect and they even emailed us to let us know we can view it from our lodge was great the room itself was beautiful the hot tub and sauna was amazing too honestly if you’re coming as a couple or with your friends this is the place to be such a lovely place with a beautiful atmosphere and also 10-15mins away from Rovaniemi airport which was a bonus

We stayed in August 2024. Excellent accommodation, and will be better as owner finishes developing his plans. Brand new place, with excellent styling. Fully functional kitchen. Has washing machine. Beautiful Sauna and spa tub outside. Nice bed and couch. Washed clothes and hung in Sauna overnight ... all dry :-) We were lucky not many mosquitoes, but I heard lost in July... as its near water. Nice owner.

No breakfast or food places near, so needed to drive to town. (Or go to supermarket and cook in kitchen) But they are building a facility currently which will make this place great, especially in Winter... dont need to drive.

The individual chalets are very well-designed and the mirrored exterior walls means they blend into the surrounding forest. The floor-to ceiling main window looks out into the wilderness, very peaceful and relaxing. It's only 10 minutes outside town and it was easy to call taxis using Uber - it costs around EUR25 each way. Most evenings we cooked ourselves and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The private sauna was a big plus, especially as the outside temperature reached minus 35C! It's a short walk down to the lake, which was completely frozen over. It's a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, if you don't mind being away from the shops, bars and restaurants in Rovaniemi.

The electric entry system kept malfunctioning when we tried to close the door - we had to call the owner to lock the door remotely the first couple of times we went out. But that was a minor inconvenience - the rest of the facilities were exactly as they appeared on the booking site.
