Friendliness of the staff at the reception! They where much helpful in everything we asked Location is very central and next to public Transportation Room was very well equipped Breakfast was perfect!

Started with an undersized room for our family of 3, though they corrected this with a proper room change the next day. Rooms are very small. All Doors open very hard. The cleaning service was superficial, it should be better as after 4 days the room needed vacuuming and the bathroom needed better cleaning, I am saying all these because we had a child, if we were alone we don't care!. Management should study a bit of Greek hospitality solutions and customer oriented mindset if they want to get better, and not stick to the past.

Loved the welcome at the reception and the person there was extremely helpful explaining about where to park and not to park. Location is pretty central and easy access to the centre with no need to use public transport. Room well appointed except for that odd slant in the ceiling making awkward to use the desk, and you have to mind your head! But nothing dramatic. Has nespresso machine so perfect, just need more capsules inc. decaf but already very good to have that so can't fuss too much 😀

Got a bit warm in the room on the 1st night then remembered there was the AC. Took a little while to get it working but was then ok.. Can't really open the windows at night as quite noisy outside but worked out OK in the end.

The hotel is situated a bit out of the 'altstadt' but it is easy walking distance. We had a lovely double room on the top floor that looked like new. Very friendly staff and great, not over priced breakfast, where they serve decent cappucino's.

The room had a small kitchen. Super should we not have wanted to eat out. A kitchen however, has a fridge. and a fridge can be a bit noisy. So I had to turn it off during the night. We could have done without it (and the kitchen) Tiny elevator that apparently could fit 4 people but felt claustrophobic with 2.

We stayed in a family room which is basically 2 connecting rooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony. The rooms are spacious, clean, fresh and have thoughtful design/storage ideas. It's located on an arab/ethnic street with many restaurants & cafes making it ideal for people who enjoy these kind of foods. The people behind reservation, admin, reception, guest services all bend backwards to make you happy. They watch out for you, want the best for you and would always recommend the best thing to do/eat, etc.. My kids enjoyed the bowl of candy they offered at reception, it is the little things that count! There was a parking structure 2 blocks from the hotel, so if you are driving, you can drop off your luggage first then park your car. Parking fees are much cheaper from the hotel, so pay at the hotel!

Location of hotel was great and the hotel itself with staff was nice. Helped us with parking and offer all facilities they could. Breakfast was good, especially we noticed extra quality selection of meats and cheeses and coffee at table service. Arriving by car the offered parking in garage (100 meters closely) was a good deal, with their discount parking was affordable at €22 / day. Even with location being in good walking distance from center the room was quiet and the well facilitated room is equipped with great mattress.

The room we were in had a kitchenette and a small balcony area at the fire stairs facing away from the street. The room was spacious enough and had a nice bathroom. We had beds that could be separated, so it serves both options - double bed or double single. Everything was very clean, including the toilets down in the lobby/breakfast area. Staff was super friendly and available 24h. We got checked in early when we arrived because the room was available and left our luggage after we checked out to go spend more time in town.

When used as single beds the beds are a bit narrow, I'd feel like I'd roll off in the night. Also then one bed is with the light fixture right where your head is. But this can be made to work. Price was high but I think this applies to the whole area on Japan Day. It was still the second cheapest option for our needs.

If you are in Düsseldorf it is likely a trade fair that you are attending. No frills hotel but the rooms were homely and provided a small kitchenette and very modern. It is located next to Zurheide which is a fantastic supermarket.

I don’t think there was a gym. They only had 1 place for food hence only breakfast was provided but being in a location that was also residential area there is no shortage of food options.

The Location is great, the staff are great, the building is a little off, the lift reached only the floor below me, and I had to go up the last set of stairs. The room I was in had a slant in the ceiling, like it was under some stairs, but comfortable and clean.

The staff were so kind and friendly. Asked us why we had visited, printed off a map of all the Christmas markets, and gave us the easiest directions to help us find them, only a ten minute walk away. They were so kind to our baby and couldn't have been more helpful when we came in from the rain and cold with a cranky kid. The room was great, quiet and clean, and it so convenient to have the kitchenette (with a decent nespresso machine!), fantastic for families. The only thing I would note was the size of the lift, it was very tight and it wouldn't fit our buggy, but again the staff were great in taking it and leaving it in a safe place that we could access at all times

The location is fairly close to the main train station, and close enough to the centre, Königsallee etc. The room was clean and had nice and functional decoration, the staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was just perfect for my short stay.

Everything was just fine! I didn't have breakfast so can't say anything about that.
