Very nice staff. Everything was very clean and the rooms were very good. Nothing beats eating breakfast with the view from the restaurant…

A bit far from the main action. There was however a scooter rental shop just next door. It was open 24 hours. It made our stay perfect. Otherwise we would be very dependent on táxis.

The character as a Fight Hotel with complimentary Muay Thai boxing classes. The room is very big, not sure about the sink separating the living area from the toilet/shower area. The hotel staff are very attentive to your needs. Swimming pool nice and refreshing. The shuttle bus to central Lamai was good if you planned your day

The food and drinks at the hotel are very expensive we didn’t eat once at the hotel (other than inclusive breakfast) for this very reason but the Lamai night market was amazing for good quality food and far more reasonable prices. The beach is not the best and you couldn’t swim in the sea because of the rocks but still nice to sit on the deck chairs under the shade of the big tree looking out. Hardly anyone used the beach

Hotel is very new, away from noise. We stayed at beach front pool villa this time, highly recommend for couples. Although it’s public beach, you can still enjoy the beach as hotel is away from crowd. Great staff, everyone was so friendly. Away from noise but not isolated. 5 min walk to 2 convenience stores, some restaurants and coffee shops. 15 min by car to center of Koh Samui, the Chaweng beach, and 15 min by car to T.K. Tour Pier.

Location was further out than we expected, 30 minute walk to Lamai centre however the hotel does provide a shuttle 3 times a day. I think if you're happy to be in a very quiet part of Samui this hotel would suit Boxing bags provided in the rooms however you could hear them being hit in other rooms, sometimes as late as 11pm We found the in house activities to be quite expensive compared to other tours you could book outside of the hotel Breakfast could be improved to have more selection Laundry was very expensive - we chose to have our laundry done across the road for a quarter of the price

The staff were outstanding from start to finish in every aspect/area. Being a small hotel, they are only a small group of staff. What was most remarkable was how they worked together as a team. At any time of day or unexpected happening, each would change roles to help a colleague when things meant a priority changed. We had a lot of unexpected rain which I think must have given the staff some difficulties but you never really noticed this. There is a good focus on health and wellness, with an excellent spa, various free daily exercise activities as well as options for private gym work or dedicated individual paid sessions. Gym open 7am to 7 pm. Breakfast was a real event…lots of choice both Asian and European. Never could you leave hungry! Bar and restaurant has nice ambience and again staff are excellent and really kind and friendly. Lastly, liked the location as the beach is private so no local sellers etc, and a short walk away is the quieter end of Lamar beach. To be fair our experience was definitely enhanced by having such a great room, we booked a Pool Villa and can highly recommend it. Easy access to get into the main strip and there are local Muay Thai evening events too which are interesting and fun to attend.

Can’t really think of anything. Had been a little uncertain about booking this place, but have no regrets and if visiting Koh Samui again will be back at TFH.

Noise from the ventilation ducts are too much and I would like to emphasize that if you are sensitive to noise this would definitely be a problem since even if you shut your AC off another room will be running it and the noise from those units outside will still be inside your room. Hotel should find a solution to this construction flaw since it does not fit to the overall high quality of the hotel. I had to put ear plugs on every night and even had to wear my headphones over them some nights since I could not catch sleep due to the noise

Absolutely everything. The rooms are gorgeous and designed so well. The beds are comfortable and the finer details were excellent. The general amenities are great and well thought out and the staff were so welcoming, kind and lovely. As someone who’s trained Muay Thai for many years, I was nervous the Thai fight theme would feel a bit cringe and gimmicky but it’s executed in such a charming way. We truly loved our stay here.

Nothing! We loved it all. There was a little bit of construction going on to the right of our room but honestly we barely noticed it unless directly looking at it and you definitely couldn’t tell from the pool.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The hotel itself is new, the rooms are large, clean and cozy, the furniture is new, and the design itself is very stylish. Regular joint classes are a nice bonus, starting with a cooking class (for a fee) and ending with Thai boxing (for free). There are lots of other pastime options on the list. There is a small gym in the hotel. Kayak, snorkeling mask or supboard can be rented free of charge. There is a direct access to the beach and the pool, sun beds in general were always available, there were no problems here.

The water in the sea is quite dirty + literally 10 meters away there is a pipe with a drain, which spoils the mood and confuses. The prices in the a la carte restaurant are very high, about 2-3 times more than in other local cafes, I can't say that the quality of the food corresponds, it's better to go somewhere else. The hotel is located a little away from other hotels and tourist infrastructure, so you will need to walk about 10-15 minutes to the nearest shop, cafe, bar, but this is not critical. But in general, I can't say that it had a negative impact on our vacation, except for the probably dirty water in the sea.

Beautiful, modern built middle sized hotel; the garden is gorgeous full of water futures. We booked the seafront villa with private pool, it was amazing! The pools are open 7-19 but in the villa, you can get a night swim anytime! We had few more rooms different place too. One with the sea view with balcony, wonderful views, the tub on the balcony is surprisingly good. Oh, it was on the third floor but no need to climb too many stairs, the lift made it very comfortable. All the stuff is super helpful and friendly, they keep the hotel top notch! Room service is excellent, after a long day out you don’t feel like going outside to get dinner, try their pizza. It is thin and crispy, we loved it. Housekeeping refills the minibar within minutes, every day you get complimentary water too.

The breakfast was good, but we had better in Bangkok. I reckon due to the size of the hotel, they can’t put out a big spread. The kids didn’t like the pancakes, and the pastries didn’t taste fresh. It is a seafront hotel with sandy beach but I didn’t realise we won’t able to actually swim. We had to go through about 100 m sallow water and stones, corals before we reached a bit deeper sea.

The property is newly refreshed with a gym, restaurant, boxing ring, pool and beach access. The people, food and hotel itself were amazing and tasteful. It’s on the outer edge of Lamai and they offer a shuttle to Lamai proper every hour.

The hotel is not very handicap accessible. Although I am able bodied those who may have difficulties with stairs or in a chair may struggle. There is an elevator in one of the buildings but the ramps aren’t really up to code and those who have difficulties may struggle.
