Great Breakfast, plenty of options Comfortable bed, large and clean Helpful staff, particularly Manuel on arrival, but all very good Clean and tidy in all areas

There was a smell of cigarettes throughout our room (ingrained in the carpet I assume), that did disappear once the AC kicked in. Also we had a great room at the end of a corridor (fewer neighbours, better view), however the complimentary tea/coffee/water replacement seemed to be sporadic/whatever was left (or not) on the trolley when the room was cleaned... not the end of the world, but detracts from an excellent score

Staff were extremely professional and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was very clean and had ample choice for food and drinks at the bar and restaurant. Always helpful and accommodating especially when needing the iron and ironing board - extremely quick and efficient service. The room we had was fabulous and spacious with a huge bathroom and plenty of space for clothes in drawers and wardrobes.

The pool bar was closed on one of the days which was a little inconvenient, especially as it was extremely hot around the pool and had to go outside of the hotel to purchase drinks/food because I was conscious of the H&S of glass around the pool. The mirrors in the hotel room were not ideally situated. I struggled to do my hair as there were no plug sockets near the full length mirror, which was the only downside to the room.

The hotel was lovely, clean and had good facilities. Friendly staff. Not to far from metro station. Some nice local restaurants also. A taxi to beach area costs about €18. We booked a massage in hotel and it was a lovely relaxing experience.

There could have been more food options on lunch/dinner menu. I would recommend to anyone staying to use the do not disturb room sign as I don't know how many times we got a knock on the door. On one case it was to provide us with a lavender teabag and eye mask... and when the box was opened there was nothing in it.

The staff was absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I also really appreciated the atmosphere by the pool, where guests were considerate and didn’t reserve sunbeds with towels all day, so there was always plenty of space available. The restaurant served excellent food, and overall I had a great time and truly enjoyed my stay.

The only downside was that using the elevators sometimes felt like it took forever, but that’s just a minor detail compared to the overall experience.

Very modern and spacious, huge room (junior suite) with wide views from 21 floor. Fantastic breakfast. Nice facilities including gym and pool (on a small side) with a bar and sunbed area. Staff very helpful.

Organization of work at reception which has too many jobs vs staff number and size of the hotel; for example for pool towels you need to queue with guests checking in and checking out (to get or return a special card) rather than separate it to pool staff.. staff are all doing their best but guests’ patience is tested anyway..

The hotel is beautiful and the little pool and outside sunbathing area was ideal given how hot it was. Lovely cocktail bar and the lobby was very clean and air conditioned. Beds were very comfortable and room was lovely.

The gym has no air conditioning or if it does, it wasn't on when I used it. The water cooler was giving out warm water also. Only small niggle about the room was there was obviously a leak somewhere as a patch of carpet was soaked near the bathroom but we wouldn't let this put us off rebooking.

not having access to the pool . it’s not right that I booked the hotel because I needed a swimming pool or sauna access. I think it’s false advertisement being able to filter my search and only to find out I need to book a massage to use the pool. this means it’s not owned by the hotel

hotel is a little bit outside, this has the advantage to get there fast from the airport or by car, but for city visit maybe a bit off They have to do something about the reception staff, staff management is not very well organized, partly quite unfriendly people, especially the red haired woman at the reception, it feels like they don’t want to work there, but especially at reception you should always put the most welcoming personal. Only one guy at reception who did our check in was great.

The staff were really kind and helpful. Especially thanks that I was allowed to deposit my luggage after my check out. Furthermore, I liked the breakfast with many options.

There was a very long queue at the reception desk when I arrived late in the evening and it took like half an hour to check in. There was only one overworked receptionist who also had to take calls (by the way, she managed the situation really professionally). However, the hotel's administration should really improve this aspect.

The hotel is in the conferences area, and has great restaurants and good local shops, pharmacies, and all you need. The hotel cleanliness is top notch, from the reception area that is welcoming and has a very comfortable seating, to the friendliness and professionalism of staff. The rooms are spacious,clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel has a unique floral scent that instantly makes you feel happy! It's one of the best hotels in all of Europe.
