Roomy suite with mini kitchen so I could opt to eat in and save money. The bed was cozy and the amenities were plenty with a pool, hot tub, mini golf course, pickle ball, etc. There's also a restaurant that was a bit popular, plus it's very close to many restaurants along El Camino Real. It's a short walk to the beach, but there are hills so it may not be a walk for everybody.

The TVs were very tiny. The WiFi did not work on both my laptop and phone, plus it's unsecured which did not work for me during the couple hours that I had to login to my actual company's network for work (and I was on vacation!). There is no free buffet/breakfast. Instead, they charged $18 for a breakfast buffet. Thankfully, I went to a grocery store and picked up a few items so I could make breakfast on my own. They do charge for parking despite having a very large (and mostly unused) parking lot. They seem to be trying to get the most out of their patrons. I was there for the Ohana Festival so I was already paying an inflated rate, thus it made me angry that were chargin $18 for a breakfast buffet (note, I spend less than that on my own groceries for 3 mornings), plus parking fees.

Three of us stayed in what felt like a spacious apartment. Two of us slept in twin Murphy beds and one in a small room with a double bed. We appreciated the extra toilet and sink besides the regular bathroom with a shower. We were surprised at the usefulness of the dinette and could have made a meal, but since we ate out, enjoyed it for making coffee and tea and snacks. It has two small couches and a good size dining table and very large outdoor porch. Our room was situated close to the lawn (actually astroturf) surrounded by trees and shrubbery which is spacious and lovely and has cornhole and barbecues. We enjoyed the large swimming pool, Jacuzzi and game room. Though we didn’t go to the on-site restaurant/bar, it looks nice and the lobby is stylish in contrast to the exterior. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again.

It feels dated, but we had so much space and amenities and comfortable beds, it really didn’t matter.

i’ve known this property for a long time as I lived in the city and went to high school here currently 46 years old. I love this place especially since it’s been redone and it was maybe a decade ago. It has mini golf. It has indoor outdoor shuffleboard it has a DVD library of movies that are free. It has a restaurant it has tennis has barbecues. It has a mini golf course. The rooms are pretty amazing, especially for under $100 which anyone who knows a crap hotel is more than that.

The only complaint I have is the confusion of the buildings from the front to the back building. There appears to be four, but there really is only two the front one in the back when they’re joined by a sky bridge type thing. With the even numbers in the back and the odd numbers in the front buildings makes it difficult to find your room sometimes. Other than that, the place is great. It’s up very well. It’s clean. The staff is pretty nice.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly. The holiday decorations were extensive. The mini golf was great! The proximity to the beach was okay, at a 10min walk - although it was a steep hill without a consistent sidewalk.

The kitchen table had a strange almost sticky surface that was impossible to clean. It could use with some updating. The pool was a little too chilly for the winter. The price of the parking seems quite high considering the price of the room.

The property was gorgeous. We found all the amenities great. The restaurant was amazing. The room was amazing as well. The staff were very friendly.

The only downside was the second night I was kept awake by an upstairs neighbor all night. The first night was perfect. I was able to get reimbursed for the second night for the inconvenience. I was completely satisfied and will definitely be staying again soon.

The front desk staff was very accommodating, professional and personable. Loved all the activities with Dexter leading them.... he was AMAZING! We learned how to make really cool paracord bracelets, tye dye t- shirts, and designed coasters. Great souvenirs and memories. 😀 The reptile hands- on time was very educating. The kids really liked seeing them up close and being able to touch them. And, making GIANT BUBBLES on the lawn was a blast! The room was very clean and comfortable. Pool are and jacuzzi nice. Even had a warm jacuzzi just for the kiddos. Lots of fun things to do there as a family. Enjoyed the ☕️ coffee in the lobby and the brownies too. Can't wait til next time!

Everything was GREAT!

We loved the salt water swimming pool and the two spa pools at different temperatures so kids could enjoy one of them. We loved the mini-golf. We loved the clean and comfortable room with a spacious balcony and full-size refrigerator/freezer, hot plate, and dishwasher. We loved the staff. We'd highly recommend this location (can walk to/from beach, while being located right off I-5), and we will stay there again when we return to the area.

We wanted better tasting coffee in the room and green tea in the room. Also, I wish there was a tub in our room.

Only two things about resort. Normal check in is after 4pm. I requested an early check in for 3pm, arrived at 2pm. Room wasn't ready till after 5pm. Also most places have an 11am check out, this resort is 10am. But it wasn't too much of an inconvenience, and the staff more than made up for this. I was more upset with booking.com because I found a lower rate with another website and sent them a screenshot (which booking.com requested) and they wouldn't honor their price match guarantee.

The room was nice, even for a family of four. The room offered everything we needed and had enough space for us to move freely. The location of the hotel was great, close to the freeway without being too loud, and not near the busy part of the city. The activities were great, especially for the kids. The restaurant was upscale, but delicious. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The air conditioner was a little weak to cool the entire place. The Wifi was also weak at times. The only other thing I would have preferred were later open hours for the rec room.

The facilities were great, we had fun exploring the territory and playing different games. The spa and pool were nice and the staff was friendly. We ended up parking on the street nearby, there were plenty of free space and the neighbourhood seems nice

The wifi was not that good in the room and the parking is unreasonably expensive. The laundry costs extra $ as well.
