Most of the staff was wonderful they were glad to see me back and I got such a warm. greeting

But the supervisor daughter that I had trouble with is.still awful to me so I decided to take it little further because I will be staying there again because I love most of people there but she really gives me the business and I think. that I should take it to the corporate office and let them handing her because her mom who is the supervisor can't make her stop being rude when I come there

Love the area. Love the clean smell all through the hotel. Love the comfort and hospitality

The phone was missing in the room, but there was one available in the lobby areas by the elevators, and my room was straight ahead right off the elevators. The floor could have been better vacuumed in certain areas, and the hot water was turned down, but that was resolved immediately. I really appreciate the staff and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Front desk was very professional, friendly and kind. Appreciated being able to get a handicapped accessible room as my spouse is mobility challenged. The bed and pillows were soo comfortable. The staff at the breakfast area was very present and helpful.Food was delicious.

I didn’t like how the water didn’t drain fast enough from the shower. The floor became wet creating a potential fall hazard for my mobility challenge spouse. For that reason, I would not want a handicap accessible room again.

I was blown away with the cleanliness of the room, all utensils provided, comfortable bed with clean bedding, though my TV did not work even when someone came to check on it but I was not bothered.

Well I thought my bed would have been made when I went out the next day but I guess the rooms are not cleaned daily. Again there is this liquid spill on the floor from the restroom door.

I liked the value and it was very quiet in the location which made my stay pleasurable.

What I didn't like was the fact my room/reservation was cancelled just hours before I was to arrive from out of state. I was told it was cancelled because of over booking. The reservation was made weeks before arrival so I don't understand why this was done. Once I called and inquired, I had to rely on the reservation agent to make things right. Fortunately this was corrected. My complaint is that reservations made AFTER mine should not have been taken so I wouldn't have had to experience that awful situation. I should have received a phone call and NOT just an email. Thankfully I was checking my emails before I left for the airport.

Everything was great, location was perfect to hop on the highway. Several restaurants were close by, also the hotel has there on restaurant and bar area.

There was the nasty front desk lady, she really and a nasty attitude about everything. She never let you explain your self through and always cut you off and start rolling her eyes and talking over you.

There were a lot of shopping areas in a very short distance. That was a plus. The location wasn't far from relatives funeral home or church for the funeral. It was a couple of exits in order for my cousin to pick up, which was a big plus. This is a hotel I would recommend for family and friends to travel and stay. I will most definitely stay again.

Great location, so many restaurants, groceries store and more just walking distance. The room is very nice and clean. With a small kitchen area with a big fridge, microwave and you can request a small burner. Kitchen utensils and toaster. Perfect for a long stay. The staff very nice and helpful

We liked the breakfast and the room had a kitchen.

They did not make the room any of the days we stayed. However, when we asked for towels, a small burner, or forks, they provided everything quickly.

Cai and Sharita (not sure if I spelled this correctly) were amazing and super helpful. I told them before I checked out, that this would probably be my number 1 hotel of choice when I fly in to visit.
