Great location, loved the decor, large room with comfortable bed and balconies. Everyone who works at this hotel is courteous, helpful, professional and welcoming. We shall return!

We liked the clean modern feel. The bed and linens were very soft and comfortable. Great room service with very friendly, smiling staff. It is a great location as far as getting around the city.

The location-unfortunately once it gets dark the streets change and it didn’t feel so safe to be out walking. It would not keep us from staying again, but we were glad we asked the staff about after dark and we were told it would be best to be back in the property fire totally dark. Thankfully with summer sunset so late we were able to spend a good amount of time out and around Tours. Parking can be challenging, we lucked out with a space right around the corner, street level, but there is no lot on the property. Underground paid or street parking.

Would stay here again just because of the outstanding staff! Thanks to front desk members (Stan, Rama, Chanel, Jane) who were so welcoming and always helpful answering my questions. Also a big thanks to Ness for 5 days of nutritional buffet breakfast assortment and pleasant presentations. As a senior citizen female traveling solo, this trip to explore Loire Valley was a delightful experience simply because I chose a hotel across from the convenient and busy Tours train station. My room 208 faced the station, and the room was amazingly very quiet. I had no issues because the attentive staff took care of every detail.😊 Black out curtains are the best!

Of course, I always enjoy having a mini-fridge in my room, but it's not a necessity.

I landed at LABE through a last-minute booking after a series of bad experiences with A**bnb. Their staff were caring and reassuring and let me know I would be well taken care of and safe for the remainder of my stay. They were not wrong. The rooms are clean, the bedding comfortable and so clean as well, and they have up-to-date amenities, including Chromecast in every room. The hotel is in a central location in Tours.

There’s little room for improvement at this hotel, but for the sake of being constructive, they could consider improving the accesibility of their premises. This may not be a good choice of hotel with people with reduced mobility or who use a wheelchair. I traveled with a lot of luggage and moving in and out of the hotel was a bit challenging, even if they have an elevator.

We liked the place a lot! Super nice, clean and comfy. We were on a road trip with kids (5y and 5m) and staying in the family room was excellent. Even though the hotel does not have a parking of its own, there’s a 24/7 paid parking lot underground just 100m away - super easy and comfortable to use.

We very much liked the hotel’s unique stile and how even though there’s no restaurant/kitchen open in the evenings, it’s still possible to order warm food in via the room service. Very comfortable option when travelling with kids 😊

Double bed was too small. A double bed is narrower than a queen bed by approximately 6 inches and that makes a difference. The mattress lacked firmness Nice blackout drapes however during the day they cannot be used (unless you want to be in total darkness). Draw curtains in translucent fabric would have been great not to be seen from outside (especially on the 1st floor) Tea bags but no kettle in the room

Clean rooms, great facilities and location. Would happily stay here again. Extremely welcoming on arrival! Breakfast looked great but I didn’t partake. Was lucky enough to be upgraded to a bigger room. Originally had booked their smallest room.

Everything regarding the room and location was fine. A fridge in the room would have been the only thing to make this a 10/10 for me. Felt a little unwelcome at the bar when I had a mind blank on my first night and struggled to remember my room number correctly, it was a long day of travel, and a hot one too. Was treated with suspicion even after producing the room key as proof I was staying there. I know it’s a small isolated incident but it left a disappointing impression.

Proximity to the Gare - Perfect Everything was in walking distance - Tourist Bureau, Various landmarks ne sights, shopping area, restaurants and cafes. The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that the staff remember your coffee order and made it for you each morning.

The Hotel has recently been beautifully refurbished and is both stylish and laid back, with all the modern tech and convenience you could possibly need. The couple that own the hotel are lovely, extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room was big, cool and comfortable. The Hotel is in close walking distance to the old town. We went to Rue Colbert, where there are lots of restaurant options, both French and international. We pre-booked the Indigo car park, 2 minutes' walk from the hotel, which was cheap and easy to use. The breakfast was great, a bit of everything. Overall, we found the owners delightful, and the hotel very modern, cool and welcoming. Highly recommend, we will be back!
