Comfortable, spacious, great accommodations and location to beach.

Would have preferred two bathrooms in the room we stayed as requested. Call ahead to be sure you are getting two bathrooms because listing may not be accurate. Staff was kind and worked well with us to make the situation correct. The outside area does lack tables and chairs with little greenery. It would be nice to have outdoor area near the room to sit and relax at in the mornings and evenings.

location, location, location1 Right next to Margarettaville. It is just off the beach. No view but quieter than being right on the beach. Hollywood Beach is the best location ( if you are over 30 years old in the Miami- Ft Lauderdale area). Lots of restaurants and shops. The bed was enormous! Very clean. Parking was great and is a must in this area. Having two beach chairs and umbrella is a nice touch.

The apartment is small but big enough for the two of us. It has a kitchenette, a large bedroom and a small living room.

Spacious, clean, and pleasantly designed. There’s enough space for a small family and this room has its own entry on the side. Right by the beach and restaurants. The room has everything you might need including toiletries, plenty of towels, iron and hair dryer. It also has beach seats and an umbrella which saves you from the heat and wasting money to buy those just for your stay. Checking in was simple, staff were polite, and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Might be loud if you have kids who sleep before midnight. We didn’t mind the noise.

Clean, well furnished, and conveniently located to the boardwalk. A cute little place that could have accommodated a small family for more than just the couple of days we spent.

1 minor inconvenience - the coffee machine barely filled 2 mugs, and we had to make several pots to accommodate all the morning coffee drinkers. And 2 complaints - 1) there were plumbing issues, so no paper could be flushed in the bathrooms and 2) only 1 parking space is allotted per apartment, b/c the machine was broken we couldn't park in the adjacent pay-lot, and street parking was ridiculously expensive (~$50/day)

Two separate bedrooms with bathrooms and a nice size living room, dining room, and kitchen; lots of amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas, 24/7 coffee in the lobby, helpful staff and security, free parking, great location.

Some potted greens (palms, flowers, etc.) in the outdoor sitting area would be more comfy and relaxing.

We loved that it was literally steps away from the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The apartment even came with two beach chairs and an umbrella, which was very helpful. The air conditioning unit was on point. It felt good to walk into a cool apartment after a long hot day at the beach. Everything was great!

We were thrown off by a sign in the bathroom that warned of plumbing issues, and therefore asked that no toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. That is something that should be mentioned during booking. Also, if you make such a request, at least provide extra bags and maybe even a diaper genie for your guests.

I like the kitchen was very nice and the living room setting and the location on the beach and also the included parking.

The shower had some mildew and the front door top lock didn’t lock.I don’t like the check in late at 4:00pm because the day is almost gone and your paying for a whole day and your only getting half a day .Also the sun is already going down and then check out is at 11am and that’s is not fair.

Location is great and free parking is very convenient. Full kitchen is nice to have and separate bedroom and living area are comfy.

Kitchen is small and not much counter space. Also, missing a few items you would use on a regular basis but nice to have kitchen at all.

LOCATION WAS GREAT ABOUT 200 FT FROM BOARD WALK AND 500 FT FROM THE OCEAN.. VERY BUSY AREA PARKING IS LIMITED AND THE TOW TRUCK WAS BUSY TOWING CARS.

There was an incident at one of the restaurants and 3 police trucks made their presence felt. I had a conversation with someone who had my rental blocked in with his truck. His friends were taking pics.

The location was perfect! A few seconds from the broadwalk and beach. A full kitchen and supplies to prepare meals. The suite was very modern and very clean. the air conditioner was so nice and cold and refreshing. Also, the bed was so comfortable. Chairs and an umbrella for guests to use. We absolutely recommend and will stay again!
