I am a wheelchair user and although I had requested ADA they did the next best which was ground floor. The shower DID Have a grab bar that was helpful and the double bed room was spacious for navigating in a wheelchair. The front desk clerk advised me that the ADA rooms do have the bar, they just were not available that Saturday night. Lots of construction but very nice upgrades and nice staff.

Upgrades in progress; workers started making noise before 10 am but it was great to see they are dedicated to quickly remodeling the entire building.

Most importantly, the location is great, the employees are great, the bed was excellent and the facility overall was clean. Given the fact that these employees see hundreds of people during rodeo and special events, they are fantastic and have a great attitude. Remember when checking in or out - the carts should be returned so other customers could use them. We didn't need one but noticed that staff were going floor to floor trying to locate carts that were not brought back.

Only two things that I think needed work. The room we stayed in, the door opened outward into the hall making it a possibility of hitting someone with the door while they are passing. The safety latch on the door did not work. Windows across the facility need a good scrubbing. None of these issues would cause me not to book again. Cleanliness and front desk staff are very co operative, though some house keeping staff didn’t understand English so communication was bit difficult, but they tried their best to intract😊

I stayed for 7 days and Breakfast was good with limited menu scrambled eggs ,fried potatoes, pork sausages, breads, yogurt, muffins , banana, apple,tea/ coffee and 2 juices, but every day they served the same breakfast and when I requested the staff to do some variation in menu, they said it’s not possible. 😠. It’s boring to have same breakfast everyday especially when you are travelling and staying for a longer stay.

It was nice and clean. I didn’t know what to expect after reading some bad reviews but I was surprised cause it was the opposite of what I had read. Our rooms were nice and clean, everything worked perfectly. Our shower was intact lol. Hall doors were locked they could only be opened with room card. Elevator was working. Walking distance to NRG. Area wasn’t bad at all, nothing that we haven’t experienced back in San Antonio.I recommend rooms 270-271!

I always choose a hotel with breakfast. It’s important to start your day with fuel. Food should always be included with the bill.

Leaf blower in the morning and the facility ran out of face towel and we requested that someone check the television. Some channels were noisy and and sketchy and you couldn’t even see the program or the show. No one can to check the TV but another room was offered. We were leaving the next day.

If your event is at NRG Stadium, this is the place to stay. It is just a short 5 minute walk to the stadium. The staff was very accommodating with parking. Check out was at 11, our event was over at 4pm and we were allowed to leave our vehicle in the lot.

Traffic getting out of the area was a little congested. We were patient and just waited for the traffic to die down before we headed out, so it wasn't a big issue for us. You could always leave a bit earlier from your event. Also, some of the rooms are a very, very long walk from any exits/entrances. Again, not a deal breaker for us.

Great location. Close to the stadium and many dining options. Rooms are adequately sized, large parking lots around the building with plenty of parking. Lobby was very open and updated. Great spaces to sit and socialize with other friends who are also staying in the same hotel. Gated parking lots were a nice bonus.

Rooms were very dated. TV reception was not very good and continually went out. Security of outer doors left much to be desired. The doors at the end of the halls to exit to the parking lots did not lock and were easily opened by anyone without a key card.

Hotel clerk was nice! She had a line and was by herself she handled it well! Super customer service and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel! I’d come back as well with my family.

We asked for an extended stay and housekeeping kept coming asking us when we were leaving! Suggested we take our items to the lobby and wait if we weren’t leaving yet so they could clean! Walked in once at 12 know I told her a hour before we paid till 1pm

The location is amazing for the Rodeo.

The breakfast is very small in choices. Juice machine was broken. The soap in the bathroom is tiny for 3 people. Only one tiny bar for 3 people. No sheet that has numbers to close food that could be ordered and delivered. Pay too much for parking when we are already paying higher rates because of the rodeo.

Bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the parking lot was close to my room, NRG Stadium was across the street, and the price was great compared to other hotels, so I was happy!

The musty smell of the room that we later got used to; I had to pay for parking, and breakfast was only coffee and cookies.
