Breakfast was a little slim but good. Room was awesome and staff was very nice.

Our bathtub overflow was apparently not hooked up to the drain pipe and when the kids took baths, the water that went into the overflow before we turned the water off came out into the hallway floor under the wall and into the room closet. It didnt alter us as we were leaving that morning anyway when the repair guys were coming but its just a little embarrassing.. everything else was awesome

Rooms are spacious and hotel is clean. Located in a convenient area, close to many places I need to go. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great.

Room was muggy. Carpet was damp. Had to keep AC turned down to keep it from being so humid, so in turn it was freezing in there. Main TV broke in the middle of the night. Was flashing on and off and next morning it was dead.

It was very clean and comfortable. Besides me being charged twice for my room, I loved the hotel and would stay again. The staff was helpful in the beginning.

I did not like the fact that the lady helping me charged my card for my room again, after it was already paid for. All she did was ask for my card. I was thinking she needed it to verify what card I used to pay for my room. Never said she was going to charge it or how much. I let them know the same day. They said they fixed it and I would have my money back right away. Which was not the case. I got the run arounds about it. One of the staff gave me 2 different stories. I did alot of work to get my money back and I believe the hotel should have done more on their end to have fixed the problem.

This hotel is exceptional clean... The staff is very friendly. I had an issue with the internet when I first arrived and the manager on staff at the time came to my room to resolve the issue. Breakfast bar was what to be expected but it was always fully stocked and clean.

I did not like the lighting in the room, there was not enough light. Also this hotel needs a pool, if it had a pool this would certainly be the hotel I would stay in when I come to Baton Rouge

The location was perfect and the breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly.

The bed was a little too soft for me, I have a bad back, it was a little bit noisy, I live in a very quiet area and I'm no used to the noise but over all I really have no complaints, I would definitely stay here again.

We came in late to the city and found it very reasonable in price. Check in was quick. I didn't expect the room to have two other places to sleep so everyone had their own bed. All the staff was great.

I can't complain. The only little complaint is that one mattress closer to the window maybe needs to be replaced other than that nothing. Very comfortable to sleep on

Our room was nice but we realized the room held humidity and our clothes when left out were damp/moist and the restroom floor was always damp due to the humidity and looked as if mold was forming on the walls in the restroom

The staff was very nice and friendly. The property was clean. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and fresh. Also whatever we asked for they made sure we got it…

Only problem was the elevator was not working but it was ok… we were on the second floor

The breakfast was good, they even had chocolate milk for the kids. Our room was a king with sleeper sofa and was spacious. We ended up not using the sleeper sofa, so I can't attest to its comfort. Our bed was comfortable.

The shower unit was either stained or not cleaned well. And the floor in front of the sink was sticky.

The rooms were large and the TV was amazing!! Loved the gentleman that booked us in during the evening. He was very nice and accommodating. We needed more bedding for the boys and he found us some. My wife said His nails were cool as well!!! Also love the free cookies each evening! Kids really enjoyed that treat!

One thing but not a deal breaker .. the pool was no longer there. That is one of our kids go to activities. But we found a water park in the city and it was awesome!
