Location was pefect as we were driving in Penang; ample parking, including basement which was well-lit and secure. Room was clean upon arrival and water pressure was excellent. Room view facing the main street was also very nice. No noise or disruptions at all.

The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Additionally, the centralised air conditioning was rather mild - it was cold enough throughout the night, but only enough to cool the room during the day. It would have been nicer if the air conditioning was not centralised and/or cooler.

1. Hotel should be generous in giving extra water if guests staying more than 1 night without charging a fee! I stayed for 3 nights and a regular customers 2. Our car was bloced by a Van at the entrance coming out of the hotel while checking out. ( Apparently the Van hs no driver inside & look like unloading their stuffs to the pharmacy shop ...they just parked their van beside the shop lot... without consideration of the guests coming out or going into the hotel parking area ( our car cannot come out as the lane is so narrow... quite upset )

The room has beautiful view, it's clean, the house keeping staffs are nice. They've always cooperated with us. It's spacious and we'll equipped.

The receptionist lady is bit rude. I arrived few hours early before check in and when I arrived I was sick and I requested if she could make some arrangements for me I was ready to pay for extra hours, but she refused. I also asked since the previous client left at 12, if she could make the room ready faster and allow me to check in early, but she totally didn't bother. I was lying in the reception couch with fever and cough. So I didn't like her attitude there. Anyways I was for official work so I didn't have much choice of moving out. However other than that I had a good experience in the hotel. Lovely place to be.

We arrived at One Pacific at 23:30 and were received with a warm welcome from the doorman and reception staff. When we stepped into our room we were surprised at how spacious, modern and clean it was. Bed and pillow were very comfortable making for a good nights sleep. The following day we unpacked our bags and appreciated how much storage their was making our 5 day stay more comfortable . Internet was very fast. Hotel has a laundry. Loation was quiet surrounded by hospitals and specialist centres. Comtar centre was about a 15 min walk away or 5 min by bus directly across the road. Grab was easy to get and cost effective in getting around the Island. Excellent Roast Chicken, Duck and Pork eating house right next door. Accross the road at the specialist is a Cafe housed in an old Colonial building. There is also a good Indian restaurant accross the road and down to the left a bit. Walk to the right for 10-15 minutes and there is a wide choice of good hawker centre or feast on Durian. A Pharmacy and 711 store sit alongside the hotel. All are operated by friendly helpful staff. I have to mention outstanding service by Dickson and the team at One Pacific who helped to re unite me with a crucial document I had left behind. I hope I can repay their kindness in some way in the near future. I would definitely stay here again.

All new and clean, spacious apartment, comfy beds, excellent water pressure in the bathroom, free parking easuly accessible, location is good. staff is extremely smiley and pleasant.

breakfast is bad and overpriced. sofa in the living room was outdated. Overbureaucratized credit card processing (they insist on seeing your physical card althoigh payment was successfully processed with the e-card (via smartwatch). Somewhat unflexible when a non-standard (reasonable) service is required.

Big room. Aircon cold. Bfast served by set meal. Tastes great. Near main road, but no noise Easy to get grab and no jam nearby, as just outside Georgetown

The hotel staffs were very friendly. The Rooms in our 2-bedroom Apartment and bathrooms were very clean. The varieties for breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The breakfast lounge staffs were always helpful and friendly. Well done! The breakfast area had a lovely view of the roads and buildings in front of us. In summary. we will definately come back to this Hotel/Apartment for our next visit to Penang- Swinder Singh Gill, Petaling Jaya Selangor.

Location is good. We mainly come for health check up. One Pasific is within close distance to the hospitals we go to.

I think the bed should be checked. In some rooms the bed has gotten too soft and needs changing. Will be great if you have sugar free coffee option, too.

the location of the hotel was good. a lot of good food places nearby. medical facilities are easily accessible.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for cleaning materials for the towels I used in the hotel. The towels had turmeric stains as we Indians use them while showering. The hotel charges me a fee of 50Rm as a cleaning charge. This is the first time I encountered this kind of situation. All the other hotels I stayed in did not have an issue. This makes me consider if I would stay here again.

Very big room and suitable for a family of 3. Strategic stay because it's in the middle of the town. Friendly lobby staff & house keeping staff. Convenient when the 7E and pharmacy are outside the hotel lobby. Basement parking for guest is what I like so much! Definitely will come again! 😁

Maybe can provide iron and iron board for every room, no need to ask several times for it.
