Breakfast was quite basic but served a purpose. There were various croissants, bread, doughnuts, cheese & ham etc., and the kids loved it. The coffee was pretty good, too, and the service was always friendly.

The ski room was great, and the staff were accommodating. The rooms are pretty dated, but they served a purpose since we weren't in the room that often. This place is all about the location to the town and the mountain, so if you're coming for skiing, this is a good option.

Location, great rooms, nice helpful staff

The very loud music playing in the lobby/lounge all day and every day. It would be nice to have an area where you can relax and chat to friends - maybe locate the music downstairs for people to go to if they want

The hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are a bit dated, however, service and staff was wonderful. Location about a half mile from transportation hub, but within a couple blocks of main pedestrian street, restaurant and shops.

There was a leaky ceiling in the dining room, with water dripping and buckets.

Staff and location excellent...great wee bar and reception area for drinks, very good room service staff, catering team very polite and smiling all the time and Marco the bar man a star... If you want a quick stay with no frills , great value for money and superb location for quick access for he ski area this is perfect. Also very attentiative at breakfast for my son who is gluten free with loads of snacks provided along with eggs and bacon...

Food for dinner not great but the whole of courmayeur and most ski resorts struggle with fresh md high quality food, especiall gluten free but this was not essential as so many restaurants and cafes close by.

The breakfast was a buffet and was delicious and the staff was so kind and efficient because we had to have an early breakfast before hitting the slopes. The staff is very friendly. Speak English very well and they let us use our Italian.

The hotel is a bit on the older side but this did not take away from our trip.

The prices were ridiculously expensive for the state that the property is in. Breakfast was twice the price of other Italian hotels we have stayed in. We did not take it. It took forever for the shower to heat up. AND, it cost an additional 15 Euro a night to park our car - again, not in any another hotel we visited in Italy.

The restaurant was excellent with many gluten free options. Breakfast was fancy with a rich variety of food (also with gluten free replacements). The view from the room was magnificent. The location was close to the center.

The faucets were a bit stiff.

Why don't they ever put tea/coffee facilities in the room???

Location is close to the center and an easy 5 minute walk. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with scrambled eggs and bacon along with a wide assortment of pastries, yogurt, and juices. They will even make you your favorite coffee drink. Only reason it’s not rated a 10 was no AC. It was hot outside and the room was also hot. We asked for a fan but they didn’t have any. We left our patio door open all night and the room finally cooled down. Other than that, a great place that we’ll come back to.

Unexpectedly huge room with great amenities in the heart of Courmayeur, and bonus parking (paid). We were very happy with the hotel overall. Breakfast was excellent as all Italian breakfasts tend to be, with lots of choice.

When we got back in the evening there was extremely loud music playing in reception, making it hard to talk to the staff. This was ok for us as we couldn't hear it in our room, but our friend's room was above the bar/reception and she couldn't sleep until late at night because of it. I didn't see the point as no one seemed to be sitting there or enjoying it.
