The unit we had was huge and had a private spa and pool. Beds comfortable

This time was wonderful the last time we went a few years back there was a party going on the whole night which wasn't pleasant but it looks like new rules are made for no loud music an partys.

Pool and spa was amazing and also the security of the resort. We stayed in 2 different apartments. The 1st was a 2 bedroom which was spacious for 4 adults. It also had good kitchen facilities and great access to the pool and spa. The 2nd was a 3 bedroom which had a rooftop spa and also garage. We found the 3 bedroom to be odd with it sleeping 6, only seating 4 in the lounge room, 6 at the dining table, 8 with the out door setting and 3 in the spa. Location was great to be right next to the beach too.

We stayed in 2 different apartments. The 1st was a 2 bedroom - the main bedroom had quite a bad musty smell (maybe from people coming in wet from the pool and the carpet not drying properly, but I could smell it in the bed too.) The bed didn't seem to be made properly and I had to remake it on the 2nd night. We found strands of hair on the floor and even false eyelashes in the ensuite and saw a few cockroaches. We also had problems with the WiFi and also the foxtel. The 2nd apartment was much better on the smell, WiFi and foxtel, however we still found stands of hair in the bathrooms.

We stayed in unit 25. We were upgraded, which was a bonus. The unit was a good size. Everything you needed to be self-sufficient. We had pool access, which was great. The location was good, right near the beach, 10min walk to some restaurants and small shops and cafes. Bed were comfortable, not super modern but not old. I would definitely book these apartments again.

The apartment could do with a deep clean. Dust all over the aircon vents, which is blowing on you, also on light fittings and on paintings, etc. Dryer was VERY loud. I'm not sure if something is wrong with it. It worked, but it was not a great sound coming from it.

we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor ( no stairs ). excellent apartment with heaps of room, very clean and modern. so much room for a family with 2 kids. the lagoon pool is amazing. great heated pool and hot spa also. the local beach is a 2 minute walk away also. SO GOOD... You dont even have to leave, it is so relaxing. 100% we will be back.

the apartment was not very well stocked for staples. only provisions for 2 washing machine cycles and 2 dish washer cycles. they are tight on the toilet paper too. that aspect was a little disappointing for the price. the resort is very close to sunshine coast airport, expect loud aircraft noise once or twice an hour during daylight hours ( didn't bother us at all ) but nothing after dark.

Fantastic location near the beach, excellent facilities and very well organised. Staff were lovely and responsive and allowed for a late check out on request. Apartment was spotless and well designed. Guestbook featured restaurants for dietary requirements which was much appreciated!

Check out procedures could have been documented in the guestbook- some of us missed the instructions on the fridge. Having it in one place would help ensure everyone is aware of obligations.

We loved how spacious our Villa was with four children, ages ranging 7 to 10. There was plenty of space to run around, the lagoon style pool was divine and access to both the pool/beach were easy! Cafes, local grocers were close by and it was just overall a perfect little family getaway for us. We will 100% we back but will book the four bedroom next time to have the spa roof access for some after hour adult drinks when the kids go to bed.

There wasn't anything not to like, everything was easily accessed and available. Check in was clear, information readily available.

The facilities and apartment and furniture are all relatively new and worked as expected. The access to the pool out the back door and to the surf beach through the dunes without having to cross a road was a benefit.

Only two minor complaints - downstairs had no AC and the direct afternoon sun made it too warm. Also we stayed 3 nights / 4 days and (as often happens) there was only dishwasher tablets for 2. This is a PET PEEVE of mine. The proximity to the airport did give a lot of jet noise but not during sleeping hours.

Great location with nice restaurants/cafes close. The property is wonderful, well maintained and the Staff are friendly and easy to ask anything of. The apartment was more than ai expected. I love that there was laundry facilities available and a great size balcony to enjoy. Bravo to the team and thank you.

There is nothing I can say here. I stayed 5 days with my grown daughter and her boyfriend, and we were very happy.

Likes Beach access, grassed courtyard, service desk friendliness, room size, spa, length of pool, heated pool, off street parking, comfy beds, Dislikes -Road closures that weren't signed prior to the day for an event that took a 10 minute drive to 1 hr 50 mins. -Lack of Ev charging stations in the immediate area.- - real coffee was a drive not a walk We would stay again outside of an event date. It was a lovely place to stay with children.

Upon checking in we were given an upgrade so that it was a nice surprise especially to our daughter as she got her own room away from her brother as we were there for State age. The heated pool and spa was great. location was key to us as close to the netball courts
