Clean, nice breakfast

Very poor room design. The toilet and shower have frosted glass doors so you can’t turn the light on at night without waking everyone up. Also, there is no towel rack in the toilet so you have to leave the hand towel draped over the faucet on the sink or on the floor. No shelves in shower either so your clothes have to be put on the floor when you change.

Self-parking available. Convenient to downtown and elsewhere. Felt like a safe environment.

A rather quirky layout. No full-length mirror, no towel racks. No seating area directly across from the TV. Hard to figure out what light switches went to the lights. Seemed quite overpriced; not a great value.

Downtown GJ location is awesome. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room faced alley not main street. Pool could have been cleaner. Too many dogs.

I like staying at the Suites by Marriott when I travel because you basically know what to expect. I like pillows, and a lot of them. The spacious rooms are a plus, breakfast included is always appreciated, and they are clean.

The hotel must have had renovations to the bathroom configuration. I was fine for two out of the four nights, however, a couple stayed in the suite next to mine and I could hear EVERY word they were saying in the connecting bathrooms. I closed both doors in hopes of not sharing in their conversation. I'm sure this was a one-time situation, if not, I would suggest a little more of a noise barrier between suites.

Breakfast was good. TV channel options were good. We liked the separate toilet and shower area. Modern hotel. Clean, nice and well-located. Traveled with friends with a small child so having the suite set up was nice. I slept on the sleeper sofa in the sitting area.

We used the sleeper sofa...would have appreciated having pillows in the room without having to call for them. Also the sheet for the sleeper sofa didn't fit it so that was awkward. and the blanket was a bit paltry and thin. I would suggest putting a sturdier blanket in the closet.

Friendly staff, spacious room, good breakfast.

Poor water pressure, old shower head, corners needed to be vacuumed and swept.

Location & Breakfast

The rooms were noisy - Street noise, homeless talking loudly all night from outside. Hard to find the front door which is located under the drive through parking. Walked the perimeter of the building until we found it.

Always clean, ALWAYS!!

Front desk staff person was slightly unaware of how to resolve an issue. Manager, polite young man, was on it and great!!

Great location, walking distance from many fun places downtown. Comfortable bed and nice room layout.

Lobby a tad off-smelling… not sure what it was… but it was subtle and ignorable.

Breakfast and location was pretty good. We enjoyed your waffles.

Didn't like parking fee.
