The staff was amazing. Very professional and very nice. The place was very clean. Special shout out to Suchi at the front desk. She was amazing and helped to make our trip memorable from the breakfast buffet to answering questions. Thanks to Bailey for keeping the breakfast area clean and organized and to Ombelina who ensured that our room was clean upon arrival.

There was nothing that we did not like. We Love that it is smoke and pet freeman it definitely helps with our allergies ans we are thankful for that

We found the bed extremely comfortable. The crisp white sheets had a wonderful feel. The room was updated, modern and sleek. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The Staff was friendly and welcoming and responded to text messaging thru the Booking.com app. quickly. The breakfast would have been better if only there was 1 or 2 additional waffle makers and if there was more direction on the need to microwave the bacon and eggs. All the guest were eating cold bacon and eggs, not knowing we were to microwave them to heat them.

Lack of information in the breakfast area explaining the need to microwave the food yourself, and the location of the hidden microwave. There were 2 young ladies maning the area, yet no one said a thing about needing to heat the food yourself. The guest in the room were all complaining about the cold bacon and eggs. Otherwise, breakfast would have been wonderful.

Well kept hotel

Should have had scrambled eggs with the breakfast.

First, the rooms were clean. There was no carpet. I love this ! The room was a nice size. The staff was very nice. The price was great. The location was awesome

The breakfast ended too early on weekends. We got in super late each night and didn't want to get up so early for breakfast, and they don't allow you to take it back to the rooms. I think the weekend should be extended so everyone can enjoy and take advantage of the free breakfast! The pillow was too soft and tiny my son's and my necks hurt the next morning even after trying to put two together.

Room clean and big

Charged for room twice and security deposit. Both were returned promptly but believe a 480 hold from a 190 bill is to keep rift raft out.

Loved our stay, would say that the bathtubs are peeling a tad bit but overall they still function well.
