The check in was great, we had to pay for check in after hours which was fine. We were met by a very helpful man (sorry can't remember your name). He told us lots of great info about Naples and where to go, it didn't matter that it was late at night it didn't feel like he was rushing us. The room was very spacious with the toilet and sofa downstairs then upstairs a nice big room with the bedroom and lots of space for luggage. The location was very central, it being about 10/15 min walk to Spanish Quarter, but also lots of places around to eat or wander around if you wanted to eat close to home. You had keys to get in the outside door and it was very secure.

The layout and design of the room is super cute and trendy. Loved the stairway. It was a beautiful room. Property manager were very caring and responsive and helpful. They checked up on me when I was out. And kept communication up until I was able to check in due to trip delays. The gentleman that showed us the room even helped me find near by parking so I wouldn’t have to pay at the garage.

The stairs entering in the building from the main door is very high. It was hard to go up and down in. Especially when you had to carry luggage’s. There was no lift available. Stairs is there only way in and out. Also, we didn’t realize until night, that the tiny street that it’s on. Is a major party ally way for teenagers. When we came home around 10pm on a Saturday there were hundreds of kids packed in the ally way partying. The noise and music went until very late in the night and we had front row seats to it. But on Sunday it was quiet and nice.

Big room with 2 levels. On first floor it was the bathroom, a sofa, TV and coffee maker. Top floor was the bed, sofa, desk, refrigerator, TV and dresser. Lovely calm design. All clean and comfortable. In walking distance to supermarket and Gesu Nuovo. Kind and helpful staff with good communication over WhatsApp. Good value for money.

The AC didn't work and the room was a little cold, but the staff brought us blankets and the next day they brought 2 electric heaters. I appreciate that because it was the last day of the year and didn't expect to get deliveries over. On the top floor the telephone signal is low. Keep in mind that the room has stair inside and also the acces to the location is with strairs. Also the communication via WhatsApp can be a little annoying for some people, but keep in mind they only want to make you feel ok during your stay. Not a lovely view outside but you are close to the important points of attraction. The sound proofing is not that great.

Enjoyed spaciousness and split level arrangement. Very elegantly and thoughtfully decorated. Good location, minutes walk from historic centre and 10 minutes walk from metro and port. Quaint balcony from which you could enjoy traditional panaro breakfast. Additionally….excellent communication with Eugenio…making our stay really comfortable and so welcoming.

Might suggest a small, low table for sofa area downstairs.

The property is within walking distance of most places of interest (Castel Nuovo, San Genaro, the port, Piazza Garibaldi etc) and places to eat & shop (like Via Toledo or Umberto I). Very conveniently, there was a supermarket just around the corner. The owner was able to check us in despite the arrival being somewhat late. He was very helpful and friendly. The room was simple, but tastefully decorated and very practical & clean. We had all we needed + a small kitchen, which was very useful. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was clean and the shower had very good water pressure (please, note that the water was hard).

While the property was in a very good location in terms of its distance to our points of interest, the actual neighbourhood is a bit rundown and quite loud on weekends. Thankfully, I had ear plugs and my husband didn’t get bothered by the very loud bar music too much. The breakfast is provided in form of a voucher to be used at a nearby cafe. While the food itself was fine, the person serving it truly didn’t understand the meaning of us (and our family) being in a hurry. We appreciate that the Napoli residents take their time eating, we however had very busy itineraries. Otherwise, it was fine.

ES Suites is an absolute treasure. The room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, the comfiest bed and most luxurious shower. It’s in a fantastic location for exploring the city and also a short walk to the train station and harbour for day trips. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re lucky enough to have found it, book it now!

Nothing - everything was perfect

The room was very nicely decorated and was extremely clean. There was air conditioning which really helped during the hot temperatures. The property was really close to alot of restaurants in the historic districts and also the metro. We hardly had to use the public transport to get around. Mr Eugenio was especially very cooperative and accommodating.

On the weekend it did get a bit noisy at night from the bars which are relatively nearby but everything else was fine.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. He also went above and beyond to assist us when we ran into an issue. It was an outstanding experience.

There were a lot of stairs. Not a complaint just a note. We just took our time and made up and down with our luggage just fine.

Perfect location: quiet little road 5-10 minutes walk away from via Toledo, Spaccanapoli and most tourist attractions. The room is clean, spacious and has an interesting design. Friendly and responsive staff (it's not a hotel, so they're not available 24/7)

The owner was soo Nice and really made sure we hade everything we needed. It was also so clean and pretty and we were so happy to stay in ES suites, would really recomend it to everyone who’s going to visit neapel, also great location!!
