I love the hospitality that was shown to me and my husband away from home to celebrate our 3rd year wedding anniversary and how the staff went above and beyond to gift us with a bottle of wine this gesture definitely brighten our day

When I first discovered this hotel the breakfast was good but it definitely has changed over time. It definitely could have a upgrade with the food the amount of money you spend to stay away from home you should be able to get decent breakfast I think. My husband had boil eggs our first morning and they wasn't good left a bad after taste. The last day we stayed we didn't even eat breakfast we went across the road to IHOP

-Wonderfully kind and attentive staff -Rooms were clean, spacious and well-stocked. -Beds were very comfortable. -Very little noise pollution despite being off of a major road. -While I didn't utilize them, the gym seemed to have a good bit of equipment, and the pool and surrounding areas looked clean when I walked out there.

-At breakfast, there is only 1 waffle station which is in high-demand, boiled or frittata were the only egg options (frittata had bell pepper, which I strongly dislike), and the only meat was dry turkey sausage (which I also strongly dislike) -Parking lot is awful. Too many compact car spaces, forcing trucks and full-sized sedans and SUVs to park in those spaces, making for very tight fits (I actually drive a compact car). This is even worse, considering hotel shares parking lot with adjacent hotel -Room's layout was not good. Couch pulled out right against the end of bed making navigating the space less than ideal.

The location was wonderful. There is food and shopping close by and easy to get to the beach. There are 2 coffee shops right out front of the hotel. Definitely helps to have a full size fridge and ability to cook if staying for a longer duration, rather than eating out every meal.

The room was basic. It's right next to 2 coffee shops, one being 7Brew. My window faced them and I didn't realize they blast music. Isn't a problem for me, who brings ear plugs and wakes up before the sun, but for people that want a quiet stay, as for the back.

It was clean, reasonable price, amazing breakfast, location was perfect.

We traveled to Jacksonville to go to Mayo Clinic. As an immunocompromised individual being able to not have to eat out is very important sometimes. Kitchen was sufficient BUT... the grill was filthy. It was a really nice grill, but disgusting filthy - and not from the elements of weather - the grates had multiple uses of build up on it.

Breakfast was rather bland and boring. There was no fresh fruit, and the coffee was so weak. It looked more like tea. There were lots of smokers close to the front entrance and the smoke smell could be smelled far into the parking lot.

As noted above- only 2 miles from our destination appointment at the Mayo better value than some of the closer hotels near that facility

It was nice not to leave the property right away to eat. The location was great close to pretty much everything you need and within walking distance.

The breakfast for sure was my disappointment. Not having different selections of hot food. When I book a place to stay having breakfast means a choice iof different food other than cereal and oatmeal.

The rooms were very clean and neat! Breakfast was awesome and filled up until it was over, so there was no rush to head down to grab something. Staff was soooo nice and friendly! Each shift each front desk receptionist was great with smiles and positive attitudes, my son even hurt himself and one of the ladies took care of him and he was all better. The cleaners and cooks were amazing as well.. Definitely care about those who come to stay. The area was perfect, near everything. We will definitely come back here again no doubt.

My husband was at Mayo Hospital for an operation and recovery. This hotel was conveniently located to Mayo, and near restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable for much needed sleep. The shower was great. The TV was easy to use. And the kitchen allowed me to heat up leftovers and keep travel food cold or frozen. I also liked that they offered a discount for families with patients at Mayo.

Everything was great!

Very nice facility and the front desk clerk very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was okay, room very clean and comfy. grounds well maintained. Was surprised how clean and well maintained the room was after spending so many nights in other hotels this month.

The housekeeping could be a little more friendly to the guest in the hallway.

The staff at the property are very attentive

Nothing that we really didn't like but could use a little bit more cleaning, it is not that it wasn't clean, but being a room with carpet it is always an issue and I think the facilities should do extra effort in showing a spotless carpet.
