Hotel Westree in KLCC: 9/10 - Would Recommend! 💯 OMG, Hotel Westree was like, totally amazeballs! 🤩 Everything was exactly as described – super neat and clean, no cap. But the HUGE window? That was next level. Seriously, the view was straight-up Instagram-worthy. 📸 Location, location, location! NU Sentral and KLCC were right across the street – so convenient, it was cray-cray! 🤯 Plus, they had a prayer mat and kiblah marker in the room – major props for that thoughtful touch! 🙏 The staff? Absolute legends! Every single person at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. I can't remember everyone's names (sorry!), but each one left a lasting impression. One lady reminded me of my older sis – always giving me that 'you're late again?!' look 😂. Then there was this super energetic dude who helped me out like a younger bro. And another lady with the warmest smile ever! 😊 Even the person I saw at 7 am during checkout was super helpful – thanks again for the advice! The hotel even had a downstairs fridge and oven where you could grab snacks and drinks – such a vibe! 🥤 The wifi was decent, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. ✨

Only a few minor things: A safety locker in the room would be a nice addition, and maybe a water filter in each room to cut down on plastic waste? Just a thought! 💡

Very strategic location, just walking distance to NuSentral/KlSentral which convenient for public transport user. Got 24hour Mart near the hotel. Hotel clean,tidy and surprisingly not noisy as the location is at city centre. Bed sheets clean, pillow and mattress comfort. Worth the price! Staff very polite. Got coway machine, iron board, surau for Muslim prayer..

Please deep clean washroom as I see got a little dirty/black spot at some area like shower holder/walls. And also please wipe remote TV/Aircond as it a little bit dusty. But overall is clean.. thank you

the room was clean and the staff was helpful. the location is perfect because its right next to kl sentral. all you had to do was cross a bridge to get into nu sentral. there's a 24 hour family mart at nu sentral so you dont have to worry about finding snacks in the middle of the night.

the air conditioning unit's fan was broken and was being held in place with a screw so the swing function on the remote was useless. basically we had to adjust the fan ourselves which was kind of funny.

Good and lively location, easy access to KL Sentral. there's a mall (Nu Sentral) right across the road for shopping, dining. KK Mart and 7-11 available within short walking distance. Room is decent. Strong wifi signal. Staff friendly and helpful. Safety wise, there is a police booth outside the mall facing this hotel. If you are a big fan of indian food, this place has lots! Will definitely pick this place again next time. Thank you for your service! :)

Only 1. there is an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom every now and then. Maybe the drainage? sink? not sure. I close the bathroom door each time so...I am good, I guess. 😅 I am not that bothered but others probably would.

This is second time i stayed here. The room is indeed clean, dustbins are prepared in the bathroom & in the room , the water from shower is quite strong, the pillow & bed is good smell & NU sentral just opposite of the hotel. So overal good👍🏻

The air conditioner in my room is not functioning well. Even i set the temperature to the lowest (16 celcius), it is still the same. It seems like 30 celcius.

Great price for this central location, with KL Sentral train station a short walk away, as well as many food options, convenience stores nearby. Efficient and considerate reception and housekeeping staff.

Noisy neighbourhood - my room faced a back alley where it sounded like big pots and pans were being banged around until midnight. There was also some machine rumbling outside almost all through the night, like a giant truck engine. But this is not the hotel's fault, and for such an affordable room rate, I know there's always some kind of inconvenience somewhere that I have to accept, so it's okay.

Really good price and location. Short walk to the station for the train going to the airport. I tried the cheapest room, for one person. Really small, but I won't complain, considering the price. Just don't choose this room if you have anything bigger than airplane cabin-size luggage, as you can't move around anymore when you open it. The hotel wi-fi was pretty fast and stable.

No space on the little desk to put my laptop. I had to put the tray with the coffee/tea things on the bed whenever I wanted to open up the laptop.

The location is super convenient with easy access to transport, a pleasant street view, and a 100% non-smoking environment throughout the property.

I just wish there was a terrace or some open space to relax under the night sky—it would’ve made the stay even more special.

The location was so good, convenient to go everywhere with walking distance! Lots of food and so near to shopping mall, nu sentral. The front desk guy upgraded us to a bigger room complimentary. We really appreciated it and was so grateful.

Stayed here 2 times. First time we had a big window and a smart TV which was a good touch. Comfortable bed and clean room. Second time the room we were booked into, the AC didn’t work and was just blowing hot musty air. We asked to move rooms and staff were helpful and let us move. Room didn’t have a smart TV but was still comfortable. Area of the hotel is very good as you are right next to the central station and shopping centre.

Room with the window was quite noisy so room without a window is your best choice if you care about noise.
