we were greeted by the owner! which we were not expecting :) and shown around. It was lovely to have access to laundry and ICE for no charge. We did not have a view but the property is beautiful and so secluded that if you aren't looking for it you won't find it. Sunset from the dock was extraordinary!

The shower facilitates were odd. It was a jetted tub with a hand held shower attachment. My husband and I enjoy a shower, we are not bath people and my husband is tall. It was difficult to shower as the hose on the attachment was short. Not awful, just odd

Everything, it was very quiet and seemed private. The staff was very nice, rooms were clean. Stayed in the boat house. It had one bed, microwave small fridge which was stocked with soda and water. Nice grounds very well kept. Had an apartment size washer dryer combo which was free to use they even supplied power pods and dryer sheets! We were scheduled for two nights we enjoyed it so much we stayed two extra days. Will definitely stay again.

This hidden gem was absolutely amazing! What a surprise to find they had upgraded us free of charge and left the sweetest anniversary card for us! ❤️The staff was so friendly. They’ve thought of every detail you could possibly want or need right down to beach towels and free laundry available with pods. We just can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here! The private beach and dock were so relaxing with exquisite sunset views! We loved every minute in your beautiful piece of heaven and can’t thank you enough for making our anniversary so memorable! 💞

Nothing, it was perfect! Oh and I forgot to mention how relaxing the hammock was right outside our room! 🩷

We had just an overnight stay in the property's boat house.This is a nice small, but windowless room besides the office. However furnished to a nice and high standard, the photos don't show how small it is. By no means a bad room, only not as advertised. For a longer vacation the other rooms would be more suitable, for an overnight stay it's a really nice place.

The room was a little tired looking, we had a much better visit last year. There was also no reception, even if they were only present a couple of hours a day would have been good. It was a bit pricey for what we had. Visited 2 other places that were of the same standard that were much cheaper and included breakfast.

The room was clean and neat. The private deck and little beach area was beautiful. The views were spectacular.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The mattress was lumpy and probably a little worn you slide into the “holes” . Price was a little higher than we wanted, although we had access to their amenities we couldn’t take advantage of them for our one night stay. There was not a lot of water pressure for our showers.

The little beach is wonderful. There are barbecue facilities. The washing/laundry is very useful. The room was spotless. The views are beautiful.

It is a bit depersonalised as there is a strict checkin for just 90 minutes and little contact. However it all worked very well and when we did require assistance, it was very responsive. The water temperature was a little cooler than expected.

Stunning grounds for starters. I think I tried out every hammock, lounge and chair around the property. Sunsets from the private dock were awesome. Just walking the property and checking out the crazy variety of trees and plants was fun too. Loved the room as well with a view of the water. So quiet and private - honestly my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in the Keys.
