Parking around the back for people staying. Nice welcome. Travelled alone with baby and was placed in a ground floor room which was well appreciated from me. The room was clean, plenty of space, all the facilities were in good working order. Power shower and water was hot. Bed was comfortable. Slept really well. There was some noise during the evening from other people drinking in the pub that were staying in the hotel but it didn’t bother me. I quite like the fact the two buildings were connected and would have used the bar if I hadn’t travelled with my baby. The restaurant/pub had a really nice feel to it. Fire was lit in the morning which was a cosy touch. The selection for breakfast was good. Continental and a choice of cooked breakfast. All well presented and tasted good. If I stayed longer I probably would have tried the food at the pub in the evening also as the menu looked good. All the staff I spoke to were really polite, helpful and attentive. Overall great stay and I will stay again in the future when I visit my extended family.

Couldn’t find any faults during my stay.

I liked the location, nice and quiet though not far from the town. It's a short walk into the town, the museum, the park. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and it was, with a nice view to the grounds and side on to the hotel, though I know some rooms face the carpark which isn't so nice for obvious reasons, but then you don't spend your time there staring out the window. This will be my third visit and hopefully many more if they continue as they are.

Everything was fine. I did have a minor problem with the sink. The plug was faulty and the water was very slow to drain away. Unfortunately it was not resolved during my stay. Apart from that all was well.

Lovely welcome, staff very friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast fabulous. Comfy bed, room clean, lovely hot shower. Only there 2 nights but towels were changed and bed made. Cups were washed, something we have never experienced in any other hotel and we have been to a lot! Proper key for door which we personally loved because the other kind never seem to work properly. Sockets either side of bed were a bonus as don’t always get that. Lovely meal in the evening was discounted as was Mon - Friday.

Room a little hot but able to open a window which was fine. Could have done with an extra shelf for toiletries as only 1 small one under mirror.

Location was good, plenty of parking. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good and had iron,hairdryer ect. Overall a good stay just a few minor issues but that didn't ruin the stay. It's a lovely place and has a great bar.

A few minor things could improve the experience. The lovely wall paper in our room was lifting, bathroom sink plug was broken so couldn't fill the sink just had to run the water, the heating in the room and in parts of hotel wasn't great, so felt cold especially in the breakfast area. The small heaters dotted around didn't really help. The toaster in the breakfast area needs replacing as it takes ages to toast bread. The water urn wasn't always very hot for drinks. Other than these minor things we couldn't really fault it, we would definatley stay again.

The bar and Restuarant area is huge. Different screens in some areas Showing sports, others News, also areas with no screens. It is very nicely decorated with Chalk Signboards offering deals and specials, a real flame log burner style fire. Food was fantastic a really great selection of steaks, burgers, chicken, flat breads and the dessert menu offered much to tempt you. Breakfast was great offering both Continental and cooked options. The rooms are immaculate, modern and comfortable with free WiFi.

My only slight issue was we had been travelling since the early hours and after dinner we decided to retire to the room with a drinkl and watch some TV. The TV had no sound at all on many channels and the only watchable channel was Channel 5. Obviously some sort of problem with the way the signal is recieved. Could not retune TV as the function had been disabled on the remote.

Overall I found the Chase Hotel good. Helpful & friendly staff throughout the hotel. The hotel was well presented throughout the premises, and breakfast was freshly prepared and the food served promptly and hot. I appreciated my stay overall.

Extractor Fan in the en-suite bathroom, was very noisy, and I needed to switch it off overnight. There were no grab handles fixed to the walls around the bath and shower to help more elderly guests (but there are handle affixed to the bath, which I did not find sufficient). Complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom were pathetic, and unlike Premier Inn and other similar hotels there were no additional supplies where you could top yourself up easily. As mentioned above breakfast was generally good, except that the coffee was very uninspiring. Also there was no fish option, such as smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Google Maps tries to take you up a closed road to access the hotel, and the hotel was difficult to find, and could have been better signed.

A busy pub on the outskirts of Nuneaton town centre; easy walk to town, station, restaurants etc. Rooms were clean and towels changed/bed made & room cleaned every day, shower was good, plenty of parking in the car park, staff were polite, friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful.

Very little hanging or drawer space in the room, bed quite hard and room quite small. We weren’t made aware that the pub stopped food early on Sundays and also locked up earlier. Very busy during breakfast - only one coffee pot which kept running out & not enough staff to keep up with topping up things. However, had an enjoyable stay overall & would stay again if visiting Nuneaton.

Rooms were comfy and fine, but a bit basic. Facilities in the rooms though were great, iron/board, coffee/teas, etc. far enough away from the main bar so that the noise from there didn't interfere with a good nights sleep. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and focused on ensuring hotel guests were well looked after. Parking secure and plentiful

Breakfast was good if you wanted a cooked breakfast, but for those trying to manage their weight, and my wife who is Vegan/GF the choice was minimal. Fruit, yogurt, beans on toast woud have been good options. The bathroom shower unit worked, but it was in need of some adjustments to get the flow right, and the toilet seat was fastened on at an angle, very uncomfortable.

On arrival , the hotel section had plenty of car parking. The reception area was clean and well presented and the staff checked us in with efficiency and a pleasant welcome and told us all the relevant information we needed. The room on the first floor was easily accessible and was plenty large enough for a couple , with a lovely view over the garden. Everything clean and aired , plenty of wardrobe space and ample tea / coffee making facilities. Ensuite was a perfect size with bath/shower and toilet and again very clean. Bed very comfortable and at night despite the rooms being near to the bar area there was no disturbance and we had a perfectly sound sleep. In the morning the breakfast in the restaurant area was more than ample with a good selection and variety available. And the full English (veggie version also available) was well presented and cooked , with plenty to set you up for the rest of the day. The hotel is well within walking distance of the nearby town (about 15 minutes away) and also the bus and train stations if venturing further afield. All in all we had a fantastic 3 day stay at The Chase and would definitely come back the next time we are in the area with no hesitation.

Easy to find. Easy to park. Excellent evening menu. Great choice of ales.

Breakfast. It was only on until 9 am which is fine if u are staying for work. But we were not and would have appreciated a little later option. When we got there there was no orange juice and only 4 slices of brown bread left for toasting. On enquiring with the sever we were told no orange juice was available just apple juice. The table was sticky too. Not what we would expect. No orange juice in the whole of the pub?? Pull the other one.
