I like the room the mountain view the staff and their breakfast. Everything was exceptional. Had problem in booking our sleeper bus back to Hanoi we were anxious but Ms Thao from the reception was very accommodating and helped us with getting a sleeper bus back to Hanoi smoothly. Their staff are really helpful from room service and to breakfast staff. One of the staff even gave us a bracelet. Her name is A. So sweet and lovely. Im looking forward going back again to Sapa and stay at Sapa Village Hotel. It is heartbreaking to leave Sapa and the hotel but will surely come back soon for another adventure! Thank you Ms Thao, A and every staff in this Hotel. 100% recommended!

We stayed at this hotel in Sapa as a family of four (two kids aged 3 and 9), and overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk from the lake and about 5 minutes to a large shop, which was very convenient. One unexpected benefit was its proximity (also just 2 minutes) to the local medical point – essentially a small hospital – which came in handy when our child had an accident and needed stitches. Note that you need to be on at least the third floor to get a proper view, which might be important if you’re expecting scenic vistas. Breakfast was decent, offering a mix of Asian and European options. Despite some small inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay

The hotel was clean, although we did notice some ants in the room. The rooms themselves were on the smaller side; if you're traveling with kids or lots of luggage, be aware that the apartments aren’t very spacious. One of the challenges we faced was communication – only about two staff members spoke English at a communicative level; the rest struggled to understand even basic requests, which made things a bit difficult at times. A few practical tips: keep your windows closed at night unless you want to be woken up by barking dogs and roosters in the early morning hours.

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Village Hotel. We arrived early at 6 AM, and for an extra 300,000 VND, they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we thought was reasonable. The room had an amazing view, comfy beds, and the breakfast was delicious. Logistics were seamless both when arriving at and leaving the hotel. They also offered us tours and assisted us with transportation arrangements, which made our trip even easier. What we truly appreciated was their flexibility. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout since our bus wasn’t leaving until 9:30 PM. We even got to relax in the lobby after returning at 6 PM before catching our bus. This extra hospitality made a big difference! Overall, a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Sapa Village Hotel for their great service and comfort.

The hotel is perfect for breathtaking views, cozy stay and a great breakfast. You can take in the beauty of Sapa from the room as well as the terrace balcony. The market and lake are within a 10 minute walking distance.The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most of the staff speak English and are quite hospitable. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend this place

Just little detail: fried eggs/ scrambled/ omelette were already made and put on display and they get cold but staff were happy to make warm fresh one whenever I asked

Location is a 5mins walk to town so U don't get the too busy, dusts & bustling sound. love the view from the terraces and the glass funicular- like elevator to the rooms. Breakfast spread was decent n we do have some options for Muslim friendly meals and a big Halal restaurant about 3mins walk the main road.

Rustic, charming and not too near the bustling Sapa Centre which literally never sleeps. Soak up the beautiful scenery, delicious foods (especially their in-house special BBQ dinner) and awesome team of staff (huge thanks to Thao and A)...

We are a family with both seniors and kids, and our rooms were upgraded thanks to Mr. Dung! He arranged for our rooms to be close to each other, which made everyone happy. It was truly memorable!

The WiFi was slightly weak in certain areas.

I really enjoyed the view the most. I didn't expect the rooms to have such a great overlook of the City. It was Central but no too close to the main hustle and bustle which made it nice and quiet at night.

The beds and pillows were too hard for my liking so it was a bit of a struggle to sleep. The bathroom although clean and well stocked lacked proper ventilation so it smelt quite damp.
