The location is awesome -- everything is close by, we didn't even have to use public transportation. The Old Town is right around the corner, and if you're not afraid of walking 20-30 minutes, you can get to the famous Guggenheim Museum (which is amazing btw), and see the new city on the way. The room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, everything was nice and fresh. Another advantage of the hotel is parking. The disadvantage is it's meant for experienced drivers :). You can park there for free (if there is space available), however, you have to make an effort in order to squeeze in a rather small area.

All, good, staff at the desk very helpful. Got my motorcycle a place in their car park. Worth multiple riders to contact the hotel to get a car space for 2 motorcycles. The space immediately on the right-hand side as you go in has some 'dead' space which could take a couple of bikes providing you got the space next to it for other bikes. Worth having a conversation with the hotel in advance.

Staff is very helpful. Good location - just nearby old town. Tram and bus stops near by. Cafes and bars and grocery stores nearby - no point to take hotel's relatively expensive breakfast. Considering high price levels of Bilbao's hotels Sirimiri seems to have ok price/quality ratio.

Rooms and premises are overall clean but show some wearing. There's no toilet brush in the bathroom!? Kettle would be nice to have in room.

This hotel is perfect for visiting Bilbao. Close to the old town, close to shops and supermarkets. My room was nice and spacious, clean. It's not a luxury hotel, but everything was solid. The bathroom worked very well. The breakfast was good, it offered a good amount of products, in line with a 3 stars hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. Very good value for money

Very clean and comfy room. Located a short walk away from the old town and attractions. We stayed during the festival period and it was a good location to escape the chaos and have some quiet! Staff were also lovely and friendly.

We didn’t use the parking but it said it was all full. This may be a problem for some guests.

Check in was quick and friendly. The hotel has a spacious feel for the ground floor area, and the room was a generous size. The location is excellent. We only stayed for one night and didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

The temperature in the room was slightly high, despite leaving the windows open. But it was still in the comfortable range.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, providing us info about the city and the best methods to get around. Room was comfortable and clean, nice bathroom facilities.

Just the cost of the room for the night of the Europa League final - although that’s an issue to take up with the whole travel industry. Otherwise no complaints.

Location was superb. Trams were virtually outside. A lovely coffee place was also a minute away so was excellent for breakfast. There was a supermarket 2 minutes away. Metro was a short distance away. The main market was a short walk and the hotel was close to the old quarter. So the range of eating and drinking places offered was fantastic.The room was bright and nicely renovated. The people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. Coffee was available from a machine downstairs if required.

We were there 3 nights. Unfortunately for us, there was a local festival nearby and the music was extremely loud and went on till 1.30 am and there was no way you could sleep. This was out of the control of the Hotel.

The experience was extraordinary! The staff were so nice and warm! And the cleaning was every day, and rather than great!! If I went Bilbao again, I'd like to book Hotel SIRIMIRI again. Another thing is about the location, right beside the old town!! So convenient to travel around!!

The only thing I can complain about might be the room location and sound. But never mind, everyday I explored the city and was so tired that I can get sleep easily.

How friendly and helpful the staff were. That it was close and convenient to busses, the tram, the "7 Streets", the market and two grocery stores, yet it was just enough on the edge to be a quiet little corner.

Other than coffee, tea, or toast, the breakfast items were cold items. The breakfast was adequate to start the day.
